    Easy Drill to improve your FRONT RACK position!
    If you deadlift and pull a lot your upper back musculature likely has a hard time relaxing into a front rack position. This drill is meant to teach your nervous system to relax these muscles and give you more access to that front rack position.
    Follow this by simulating the front rack position.
