Have a wonderful time hajur 🇳🇵 💐❤️🙏🏻
It is a great video but not enough, need more separate videos for each province, please ^^!
Great video!
Thank you ☺️☺️☺️
Great video! We will be doing this same trek in July and was wondering how you went about getting drinking water? Do they provide this? Thank you <3
wow.nice video..great job
Thanks so much!
Thanks for the great review. Your dog is obviously well behaved but I have to say that we would be very concerned to see a Shepard off of the leash running towards us.
Your welcome! If we see any people, we usually put her back on leash. That particular morning no one else was on the trail since we started so early. 95% of the time we leash her. She has since passed, but she didn’t run after people. She was scared of everything 😔
It's such a beautiful place . Bulgaria 🇧🇬 is now in #1 spot for my next vaca. I'm definitely going to Bankso ❤
It is definitely a great place to visit and so beautiful in many parts. The people are some of the kindest we have met. Bansko is definitely a must and Sofia has a lot to offer and great food options in city center. We hope to go back and explore more of Bulgaria someday
Hi! What time of year were you there? Thank you for the video!
We were there around the end of August. So about 20th to 30th ☺️ We spent a month in Norway and seemed like the weather was rainy on and off, but we still had a good amount of sun
Love u guys😊😊 Thank U guys for visiting NEPAL
You’re welcome! Thank you to the nice words and watching our video ☺️
Chiang Mai looks amazing! And all the food omg. Looks like there's so much to do. Would love to visit one day!
We loved Chiang Mai and would totally go back. The food was the best part for sure. Go to Thailand where there is surf is places like Phuket ☺️
Glad you found it welcome to Thailand 🥱
Thanks! ☺️
Did you find day 2 salkanty harder than machi pichu mountain stairs?
We both think day 2 is harder since it was a longer ascent and day overall. Machu Picchu mountain stairs only took us 45 min to an hour to get up but we also were going fast since we were trying to get down to see the other parts of the ruins. Also you get a good nights rest the day before in a hotel in Aguas Caliente ☺️ Hope that helps
Very cool you got to see Anchorage! It’s my husband’s hometown! I’ve only been there in the winter so it was nice to see it in a different season, in your video.
Thanks for watching! That’s cool that’s your husbands hometown. Sounds cold in the winter 🥶 Hope you both are well!
Wonderful video. Thanks for sharing. 👍16
Thank you very much! Appreciate you watching ☺️
🥰
Thanks so watching! ☺️
Thank U! 화이팅!!~~~^^
You’re welcome! Enjoy, Thailand ☺️
Those bun babies though! Sweet potato bun is delish 🤤 Great video y’all!
Thank you! We are both hungry again!! Could use some bao buns right about now 😆☺️
hi, abit late to watch this but i saw that you guys missed tilicho lake, highest altitude lake of the world. btw nice vlog, really enjoyed it, and can't wait to trek again.
We wished we would’ve hiked to the lake 😂 thanks for watching! Appreciate the kind words 🤙🏽
Great video Helen and Tim! Can’t wait to go back to CM.
Thanks so much, Emmie! Always appreciate your support and watching. Hope you all are doing well ☺️
Wow very nice Chiang Mai video, thank you 🤩

Thanks for the nice video.wish me luck on 7th may trip to hike jade mt☺️
Have a great and safe hike! Let us know how it goes ☺️ thanks for watching
You did hike most of the Annapurna Circuit, but not all of it, even as it stands now. 160 km versus 320 km the true original AC Pokhara - Pokhara. Bhulbhule is a reasonably good starting point, but using transportation from Manang to Tatopani is cheating, as is not hiking from Ghorepani/Poon Hill to Pokhara via Ghandruk - Landruk - Tolka - Deurali - Dhampus. The route has been ruined by the road, having done it twice in the eighties and twice in 2006 and 2009 I think I am certified to say that.
Thank you for the insight and defining the long route. We went with a guide, so we went with their route and itinerary ☺️
@@HelenandTimTravel Circuit means a closed loop. If you look at any map, something like Chame, or even Bhulbhule to Jomsom does not even go around Annapurna 1 at all, and forms less than half of the true Circuit. There is a total inflation of classic treks. EBC used to take about 4 weeks, walk in/out. Noe people "do it" in 8 days flying out by helicopter. AC minimum 3 weeks Dukla - Pokhara and close to 4 weeks with Annapurna Sanctuary added. And some people claim to have hiked AC by only hopping over Thorong La. Foothill sections from Dumre to Chamje and Tatopani to Dhampu/Pokhara via Landruk are integral parts of the route. FYI: next time stay in either Ghyaru or Ngawal before Manang (I hope you walked the high trail at least), then there is no need to stay there 2 nights as those 2 villages are already higher than Manang.
What is the app for drawing the map
It is called Relive ☺️
Yuppiiii 🥰💃🌎🍔🥪🍖🍗🥩🥨🍟🫕🧀🌮🌯🌯🧆🧆🥘🍝🍣🍰🎂🍩
the Dolomiti are the most fantastic mountains I have seen around the world. I grew up spending my holidays there as a child and even learned how to walk in Cortina d'Ampezzo. And even now that I don't live to Italy any longer I manage to travel back there every few years and they are always great. Ah, September is usually the best season. Avoid July and August, too busy and crowded.
Sounds like a great childhood you had on your holidays. Thanks for sharing your experience. The Italian Dolomites are one of the most beautiful on this planet. We agree that shoulder season in Sept was a great time to go 🤙🏽
@@HelenandTimTravel ....well...when you grow up in Italy you have so many different options for great holidays...!!! 🙂
@ictfc1897 you’re very very lucky to have those options ☺️
@@HelenandTimTravel ...I know...beautiful sandy beaches in the south and islands and stunning mountains in the north
@ictfc1897 Italy has it all! We love it ☀️ so much left to see
In Alaska everything is more expensive so you can’t really eat out for 2 under like 30 bucks for and actual meal it’s annoying
We did found it quite spendy. It’s much harder to get everything they need perhaps. Even the pizzas were expensive! Can’t imagine with inflation and higher food costs now 😅
Were you able to book the Refugio before the hike?
We did not book in advance for Refugio Peru. It’s first come first served, cash only when we went a few years ago. There were at least 40 to 60 beds from what we could see and that’s not including outside tent camping for those that didn’t want to pay to stay in the Refugio. They have an email listed you may be able to reach out to make reservations in advanced. Here is more info on Refugio Peru in Laguna 69: refugiosandinos.com/en/huts/refugio-peru/
Amazing job with this video! I am now thinking about a trip to Norway to see the wonderful views!
Norway blew us away! It’s worth the trip out there for sure. If you have any questions about planning, definitely let us know. Happy to answer questions ☺️
It's shocking to see Annapurna like this. Did it 25 years ago. It was single trail from Besisahar to the end. Even 15 years ago it was okayish, although roadbuilding had startet. Well if the road truely serves the people, I'm not saying anything.
Wow! What an experience doing the trail 25 years and 15 years ago. Would be interesting to see side-by-side photos comparison of all the changes and development.
@@HelenandTimTravel We saw many amazing places after that and we still do, but that first Annapurna was probably an experience of a lifetime. Also it was August and we met a bunch of other trekkers at the bus in Besisahar. We just decided to do the Annapurna together and support each other.
@FragenAnsLeben that sounds like an amazing experience. The best is meeting people along the journey you can share experiences with
Thank you so much for this great info! I will be there in about 10 days...
You’re welcome! Thanks for watching ☺️
@@HelenandTimTravel Sorry, i have just another question. I did not get an ticket on 14 may this year or did i do something wrong? Are the tickets for the versuvius sold out one month before or are there any ways to get an ticket for 14th may?? I have entered some kind of lottery for the 14th for last minute tickets?? Is that the only way?? Thank you very much in advance!
Love your video very useful 👍
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for watching 😀
I'm very interested in what porters carry for you? You have backpacks and they also have bags four times larger. Considering that you spend the night and eat in villages. And the track is not very difficult. Bottled water?
The porters carried mostly our clothes/jackets, toiletries, healthier snacks (we couldn't get on the trail) and sandals. Two people shared one porter bag, so we each had to fit all of our stuff into one big duffel bag for our porter to carry. We each had our 3-liter water bladder. You can buy water at each of the tea houses. We either did that or used our water filters to filter water from the spouts available outside of the tea houses. If you are interested in any of our gear, you can visit our website: helenandtimtravel.com/hiking-gear-list Let us know if you have any questions 😀
49:00 song name? It’s so soothing
It's called "Eastern Sunrise" by Ian Kelosky. We use a website called Soundstripe to license all of our music for the channel. Here is the link to his song on Soundstrip: app.soundstripe.com/songs/14535. You can sign up for a free Soundstripe here, but if you just want to listen, you don't need to sign-up. 😎 www.soundstripe.com/?id=ReGwyaeP
Hi, we plan to be in Alaska later this year and you have given us some great ideas for things to do.
Wonderful to hear the video was helpful! Let us know how you like Alaska. 🙌 Have a great trip
You should go down to Seward just to check out the Alaska sea life center and there’s a lot of shops that have a lot of handmade local stuff and you should check out eagle river and hike mount baldy or flattop they are great hikes
Seward also has great halibut fishing guides if you want to check that out
@Robert-xs4dl that sounds fantastic! We had halibut while we were there and it was so good ☺️
how would you compare Western Norway vs Lofoten Islands? ..if you were to pick one !! :)
Ohhhh that is a tough choice! Both are very different from each other and very beautiful. We do know that if we return to Norway, we would hands down go to explore Lofoten more. It is more difficult and more expensive to get to and visit, so there are fewer people. Not as many cruise ship ports as in the West Fjords. If this helps, the beauty of Lofoten made Helen cry multiple times 🙃
@@HelenandTimTravel thank you so much for your response - we are doing Western Norway this year.We are old, and unable to do with anything "difficult" - we enjoy driving around on scenic routes, we are not big on cruises either. Just drive, stop and enjoy the beauty.
@WingsOfPeaceToronto great choice! Norway’s west fjords have so many scenic stops ☺️ You are going to enjoy it. Safe travels! We didn’t have a chance to make it up to Bergen but heard many good things
@@HelenandTimTravel interestingly, we are starting and ending our trip with Bergen :) ..and will also go to Alesund. We wanted to ensure it is mix of nature and cities. Thank you once again for your response.
You missed a village called ngawal heaven on earth
We looked it up and it is beautiful. Passed it outside of Manang it looks like. Appreciate you sharing as someone doing the Annapurna Circuit may want to visit :)
Thank you both 🇬🇷
You’re welcome! ☺️

😀 Thanks for watching!
Thanks for Chosing our Discovery Trekking and Exploring our Beautyfull country Nepal.🇳🇵🇳🇵 Hope you like the Hospitality, Trekking, Adventure in our Nepal😊
We had a fantastic time on the Annapurna Circuit with Discovery World Trekking. Thanks so much for watching.
Hi. Did you have to pay for charging electronic equipment?
We didn’t have to pay for electricity on the Annapurna circuit. Seemed like most places included free electricity. Once you’re at high elevation though they have limited hours the electricity comes on and at a couple of the higher camp there isn’t any electricity at all. Make sure to bring battery banks and a solar charger if you can ☺️
I was in Cinque Terre 2016. We hiked between the towns. It was beautiful. Thanks for bringing back my memories.
That's 's so awesome you got to experience it. Sure there were fewer people then. Glad this video brought back memories of Cinque Terre. Thanks for watching! Hope you subscribe 😀
Pretty beautiful. I did this solo in day hike in 8/22.
That’s awesome! Would be a great solo hike to find solitude ☺️🥾
When you started your treak from kathmandu? could you share the date of your first day of treaking?
Our start day for the Annapurna Trek and leaving Kathmandu was Oct 13th :)
Thank you for this beautiful video. I’m at a lady that I work with that is from Romania and we are so close. We became best friends. She is going back to Romania to visit for six weeks this fall, I will miss her very much.❤
Thank you so much! Great to hear you have a friend from Romania. Such a beautiful country and the people were very nice. We recommend a visit sometime. It's a very underrated country.
Absolutely amazing nice sound. I recommend you visit the himalayan mountains k2 and Nangaparbat view point from one place moses peak.add this sound in your bucket list.
Thanks for the tips and we would love to hike K2 sometime. Pakistan's mountains look absolutely amazing. Do you have a recommendation for a guide/trekking company?
@@HelenandTimTravel yap offcourse. When you guys want to come, be sure to get in touch. And make sure to enjoy this himalayan . That's why I recommended Moses Peak to you. Because I myself have climbed this mountain many times every year with tourists. More than seven times. Because it goes up this mountain path from my village and I know these paths very well۔the unique future of this peak is that once you can experience the magnificent view of k2 the second highest peak in the world. Along with almost 700+m peaks in the area including Nangaparbat,Broad peak. Mashabrom Ghashabrom1,2,3,4 and K_6 K_7and k12.the route is located in open Area.
@@HelenandTimTravel ya offcourse. Thank you very much for replying to the comment. Whenever you start a short solo trip of 4-5 days, Moses Peak is a must. It is a 5300m height۔ from the top of moses pea which you can see the views of the K2 world second highest peak in the world, Nangaparbat, K6 k11 and K 12 views in one frame. best time from May to October. This is a family tracked.its open Zone, one did not need a trekking permit or have to pay Royalty fee to climbed this Mountain tower
@@BaltistaniBoys thanks for taking the time to write this. We will definitely save this information for when we go ☺️ hope to make it there in the next year or two
@@HelenandTimTravel okay cheers 😋😋
careful with the bears because they cant shot them anymore because of the environmentalists. now there are too many bears who became aggressive because there is not enough food for them.
That is very sad to hear. We definitely kept our distance and stayed in the car. We always use zoom lenses from our camera. Appreciate your concern!
