At 79 I am starting to exercise! I was very active when young. During my work I had multiple fractures including three back surgeries. However, after retirement I slowly became more depressed and my meal of choice was a bag of crunchy Cheetos and a large chocolate bar. I’m a mess!!! I am 78 and have a neurological problem t i find you seated eercises for seniors very helpfull i find i feel very relaxed after a session and y stiffness in my legs is getting better gradually i recommend the leg exercises seated.
I am an 84 year old woman and have Parkinson’s and have trouble getting up and moving around the room. I have just found this exercise on my iPad and find it very useful. Thank you for thinking of us seniors who can’t get up to do this. ❤❤❤hope

Hi Mike, I am 77 years young with COPD on oxygen 24/7, so I stopped moving so I would not get out of breath. Mistake. Anyway I am determine to get more physically active.
Thanks. I'm almost in the same boat, minus the 02. Biggest problem in latter years has been unwillingness to accept that I'm just a little out of shape again while can barely manage 1 pushup, if that now. Best learn to be patient and avoid another "sports" injury
I am so glad I discovered your videos. I am 78 years old with osteoporosis arthritis and multi degenerative disk disease. I have been doing your exercises for two weeks daily and it has really made a positive difference in how I feel and allows me to accomplish so much more in my daily chores. I also do the balance workout and hopefully will see a difference. I hope to add the weight workout to my daily routine and I am happy that I can do it at home considering that covid has isolated us. Do you take requests? If so, I would absolutely love to see a seated Yoga video from you. I have spent the past month trying to find a yoga video from other sources and cant find one that is not in a group format or too easy enough for my residents to do. I would love for it to be a low impact video!! My residents cant twist too far or raise their hands high repeatedly. They love your videos!

I'm 64, with bad knees. I have had one knee and one hip replaced, and continuing pain limits what I can do. But I love this routine! I have very poor balance, so a seated workout is just what I need. Mike, I'll be doing this workout for some time, but the day will come when I can "graduate" to something a little more challenging. I need to increase my fitness, but slowly. My question is, which video would be the next step up? Thank you for helping me get my life back!
