I cared for my husband for several years until his passing almost a year ago. On and off the bed, lifting him out of his chair, supporting him as he walked with a cane, pushing him in the wheelchair. I had a strong back and arms. Of course now I’ve lost all that muscle tone and most of the time the whole upper back and shoulders are so sore/stiff/aching that I can’t even walk a couple blocks. I just watched and did this routine for the first time. Totally stretched me out or something! I did a few things around the place and then went for an hour walk! I didn’t start to feel my shoulders until a few minutes before I came home. This exercise (as well as the others shown) will become a daily routine from now on. It felt so good to be without pain for a while. Thank you.

I’m 28 actually, and with two under two, I’m surprised that my muscles are just so weak and I am having some kind of sciatic/ nerve/ pain issues that are scaring me… I’ve only done a few minutes of this video and of another one about peripheral nerve pain down the leg and foot and wow so far so good. I’m working up to finishing both videos and I’m really liking your content. Thank you so much for caring about people and doing these workouts. So far every other workout or nerve/pain related video I’ve found was still just too much for me as simple as they were.. your videos are perfect I’m excited to get back into exercising and I feel your videos are helping me get strong again.

After 9 months in quarantine, doing what I love most: painting, sewing and crafting, I didn’t realize what physical inactivity was doing to my body. I tried exercising like I used to at the gym, I just couldn’t do it!! Thanks God I found your videos! Now I am doing 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon. I'm only 28 but have a recurring injury and this video has been perfect for allowing me to still do some exercise while working both my arms and legs without putting weight on my knee or moving it in uncomfortable ways - in fact the leg raises combine really well with my physio exercises. I will definitely be revisiting this channel on days when my knee is in pain to keep as active as I can, thank you so much.

I can already go up and down my two steps with out holding on to the rail. I’m so excited! I feel better now. Not at first but now! Hello, I am only 59 but have severe feet pain so I have not been doing much work outs at all the last couple of weeks so decided to try your chair work out. It is right now impossible to do standing work outs so glad i found this. It is a bit easy but still it got me moving and thank you
