I hope this exercise video helps bring you relief from your symptoms. Let me (and others) know below what you have found worked for your vestibular symptoms. And stay tuned for an intermediate vestibular exercises video! Mike
Hi Mike. The exercises are helping but at times I have double vision. Should I push through the exercise of should I stop when the double vision begins?
Thank you so much for these exercises!! I’m doing them faithfully & hoping to move on to the intermediate level. Living with almost constant dizziness can be debilitating!
1:02 What a blessing it is to have your practical, easy to follow exercises that help so many of us us. Much appreciated and very thankful for everything you do. Marlene Nix
I just found your channel and am excited to start following the videos. I’ve had two and a half years of critical illness and am just beginning to walk with a cane instead of a walker. Love the pace, they are easy which is what I need right now. I’m 78 and used to dance, and I can feel how much my body needs this. Even after only two days of the most minimal routine I can tell a great difference. Thank you. Hopefully I will dance again before long.
I recognise some of the exercises from the 55 min video. I know them well, they have improved my balance and I feel less dizzy. It motivates me all the more, they work! Thank you so much!
I wish that I had found this site before now. I've been doing the hip excercises for a few days and already notice an improvement. I'm now a subscriber!
I recognize these exercises. I have Ménière’s disease and have seen a physical therapist specializing in dizziness. She showed me similar exercises, although mine are more intensive. One really has to stick with these practices to see results. They do help.
Love the exercise and liked the slower- paced vestibular that are perfect for us seniors. Will continie to go them and increase as time goes on. Thank you so much Mike for all you do. Yvonne
Big thumbs up. Great you have put these exercises here. I have a lot of balance trouble these days and had forgotten about this sort of exercises. Great help Hoping your forecast of improvement over some time happens soon.
Dear Mike, In doing the: 1) eye exercises (left/right/up/down) then the neck (left/right/up/down) I heard quite a 'crinkling' but at the end of the exercises the crinkly sound had softened; I found that holding my fingers straight out was a tad more difficult than I thought as the pressure became heavier at the shoulder bone area; I was able to keep up with the pace. Now, the standing up: All seemed easy until I had to stand on one foot and hold. That I am going to focus on because I sense weakness in balancing on one on either leg, although one leg seemed easier to hold than the other. Thank you for these exercises. I appreciate you teaching this to not only me, but others as well. All my best, bonnie : )
Thanks so much Mike! Just what I needed. I was wondering what was causing my dizziness which just started. May God continue to bless you in all that you do especially for us senior citizens.
My pleasure, Paula! I’m really glad to hear that you’re enjoying the exercises. It’s wonderful to have you along for the journey. Keep up the awesome work!
Thank u for a good brief showing the movements that one has to do, to overcome dizziness, motion balance n vertigo problems. Once in a way, I do face vertigo problem, but I manage to come over by holding on to myself. Iam 77 years old. The exercise for legs that u showed, to remove stiffness around the calf muscles n knee are helping me to an extent. I will keep practising it regularly, to the better person f it. Thank u again for ur time.
Thank you for sharing! I’m glad the exercises are helping with your balance and stiffness. Keep up the great work - you’re doing amazing. Wishing you continued progress and good health!
I am mery i have vertigo and balanc louzig every i am making excersize 2 times a day god bless you please give is balans exercises more tha l you 🙏 ♥️ ❤️ 💙
You are the only one that I found that doesn’t blame vertigo on ear crystals every time. My crystals are fine but I couldn’t find exercises for vertigo that isn’t ear related until you so I appreciate you doing these. How many times a day should I do this beginner set?
One point, if you suffer from wobbliness DO consult a medical doctor to make sure the problem is just with balance. Heart problems can also cause what seems like a momentary loss of balance.
@@MoreLifeHealth Just to clarify. Do You mean to stay practicing @ beginner video. It is my acute problem for many years. BTW I'm a Parkinsonian. My legs are strong. Please advice.

Hi Mike would this exercise be for everyday or every other day. Thank you.
How many months we have to this exercise
Hello Dr, I have this issue for the past one week. My luck, I saw your video. Thank you very much Dr. I must do the excercise to get relief. 🙏
Hi there. I’m glad you found the video! I hope the exercises bring you the relief you’re looking for!
What should i do if i wear glasses? Should i do it with my glasses on?
My hubby takes his glasses off, but it probably doesn't matter. 😊
Thake you Mike, all went fine until standing on one leg. I had to hold a char with one hand. Tried a number of times.
Keep Practicing Moshe. Also practice it with holding on with one hand.

Do we do this daily or 3x a week is ok?
I suggest daily, but listen to your own intuition. 😊
No matter what I do i still feel dizzy for years
Vestibular rehab locally is so full it is not taking on new patients for the foreseeable future. 😒
