Thank very much Mike I did these exercises with you 💕 it is amazing thank you 💕 God bless you and your family
Great work Wimala! 😀
I just found your channel and am excited to start following the videos. I’ve had two and a half years of critical illness and am just beginning to walk with a cane instead of a walker. Love the pace, they are easy which is what I need right now. I’m 78 and used to dance, and I can feel how much my body needs this. Even after only two days of the most minimal routine I can tell a great difference. Thank you. Hopefully I will dance again before long.
Great to hear Sharyn! Keep up the good work, and looking forward to hearing when you're dancing again! 🙂
Just found your video will practice and hope that it will help me my dizziness. Thank you Mike!
Great to hear Vitute! Keep me updated on how it goes!

I recognize these exercises. I have Ménière’s disease and have seen a physical therapist specializing in dizziness. She showed me similar exercises, although mine are more intensive. One really has to stick with these practices to see results. They do help.

Thank you for posting this, dizzyness and falling is not fun!
I enjoyed this exercise and I hope it will help me with the dizziness after dialysis
Thanks Mike. I am doing this to improve my balance after a stroke in the medulla. All exercises are OK at your pace except for standing on one leg.
Hey Jillian! You're welcome. Keep it all up, and you'll be able to get there!
Thank you.
Dear Mike,
In doing the:
1) eye exercises (left/right/up/down) then the neck (left/right/up/down) I heard quite a 'crinkling' but at the end of the exercises the crinkly sound had softened; I found that holding my fingers straight out was a tad more difficult than I thought as the pressure became heavier at the shoulder bone area; I was able to keep up with the pace.
Now, the standing up: All seemed easy until I had to stand on one foot and hold. That I am going to focus on because I sense weakness in balancing on one on either leg, although one leg seemed easier to hold than the other.
Thank you for these exercises. I appreciate you teaching this to not only me, but others as well.
All my best, bonnie : )
You're welcome Bonnie! I hope you're able to keep it all up, and the single leg stand is getting easier.
Awesome video
Thanks so much Mike! Just what I needed. I was wondering what was causing my dizziness which just started. May God continue to bless you in all that you do especially for us senior citizens.
Thanks Sylvia! I hope you're going well with it all!
Thaks for this videos when should i go for the next level
The neck exercises cured my pain I was deal with all day!!!!!
Great to hear Anne Marie 🙂
Thanks
Thanks for these interesting tips. (Nice aborigenal paintings too!)😊
Any time Ivan! Thanks!
You are the only one that I found that doesn’t blame vertigo on ear crystals every time. My crystals are fine but I couldn’t find exercises for vertigo that isn’t ear related until you so I appreciate you doing these. How many times a day should I do this beginner set?
Great set of excersises please let me knkw for how many days we need to do these?
hi! one week doing the exercises but I couldn't find the intermediate or the next one ... thanks!
Hi Mike would this exercise be for everyday or every other day. Thank you.
How often should you do these exercises? Everyday or a few times during the week? Thanks.
How many times a day should I do this routine?
Are these exercises good for vertigo from labyrinthitis?
How many months we have to this exercise
One point, if you suffer from wobbliness DO consult a medical doctor to make sure the problem is just with balance. Heart problems can also cause what seems like a momentary loss of balance.
Have you posted the intermediate exercises yet. If so where are they?
Not yet John.. They're coming, will most probably post next month
Thake you Mike, all went fine until standing on one leg. I had to hold a char with one hand. Tried a number of times.
Keep Practicing Moshe. Also practice it with holding on with one hand.
@@MoreLifeHealth Just to clarify. Do You mean to stay practicing @ beginner video. It is my acute problem for many years. BTW I'm a Parkinsonian. My legs are strong. Please advice.
