    former ballerina in need of a 40 min pilates ( beginner- intermediate) workout with no planks. I am a cancer patient and this does not own me nor my choices. life is sensational but i need to surround myself with you all and keep on pressing my body to its fullest..thank you!!! grateful!!!

    This workout does provide results! I've not done it consistently for 14 days but when doing it i've seen results particualry on upper abs and faint lines around the rest

    I’ve been doing this for 6 days so far and I already notice a difference in my core strength! I’m able to do skills at gymnastics a lot easier now. I plan on continuing to do this till it gets too easy.

    Edit- If anyone is wondering whether this works or not it definitely does so do it!! My core is definitely tighter although my stomach is not flat it went down a bit, I noticed changes around day 10 so it may take some time but it's worth it.

    Day 1 done✅️: I found it difficult to hold my neck.
    Day 2 done✅️: still had difficulty holding my neck and I felt it today, the PAIN on my back and core.
    Day 3 done✅️
    Day 4 done✅️: it challenged me today😭. I made sure to concentrate and had my lower back flat on the mat throughout. Make sure to do that. You will FEEL the pain
    Day 5 done✅️
    Day 6 Got busy with work
    Day 7 didnt do it
    Day 8 didnt do it
    Day 9 done ✅️ : Am not happy about the 3 days i didnt do this workout but i was able to finish it today without much challenge.
    Day 10 done ✅️: Honestly, I enjoy this workout so much especially the last few workouts. And I love how I always feel something in just 8min. MUCH LOVE ❤

    i’m here for all the girls checking the comments to see if it works, i’ve been bullied about my weight for years and could never find a good short workout that would help and i’ve been doing this workout for about a 6 days now and the difference in my body is crazy, my metabolism is fast so i can still binge eat while keeping my summer body, definitely do this workout if you want quick results

    Day 1 done ✅ It was hard to keep my Lower back down. Felt the burnn.
    Day 2 done ✅ Kept my lower back down more. Had to take a break in between.
    Day 3 done ✅ Didn’t really burn so I probably did it wrong. Haven’t. Noticed any changes.
    Day 4 done ✅ It burnt super bad but I feel my core slowly getting stronger.

    Day 6 done ✅ felt very easy

    Day 8 done ✅ not seeing results so maybe I should do it slower

      I know this is an older comment but perhaps it may help someone else. Try to focus on lifting your shoulders off the mat, more so than your neck; this will engage the core more and take pressure off of your neck.

    Trust me, guys, as tough as these core workouts feel, they’re just as effective! You’ve got to stay consistent, and you’ll start seeing results. Once you do, you’ll feel even more motivated to do these workouts more often. 💪🏻🏋🏽‍♀️🙇🏻‍♀️

    - day 2: ✅ (A LITTLE EAISER!! 7/10)

    So strange and not how each time is different. Like I wasn't engaging as much today or maybe i was but just didn't feel like it was. Definitely feel like I could do another abs today to help cement the activation. Thankyou!

    I’ve been doing this for days, this is the best ab workout that actually helps me feel the burn! Giving Updates as I go on!!!
    Day 1 - It didn’t feel that bad while I did it but it hit me the next day pretty hard.
    Day 2 - Definitely felt way harder
    Day 3 - feeling a lot stronger and I also think my waist shrunk a lot
    Day 4 - been trying hard to stop making excuses and can feel my self discipline strengthening. I can also see my stomach fat slowly shrinking!
    Day 5 - got way easier today, did it outside so I could get tan as well 😊 Overall just feeling more confident!
    Day 6 - I had zero motivation to do this, but I did it at night today. This workout is teaching me very good self discipline. I wish I took a before photo because I noticed a huge change this morning! I think I’ll have lots of abs by the end of next week 😂
    Day 7 - I did it at night again, I woke up and the waist band of my boxers were suppppperrrrrr lose. The workout isn’t very hard anymore but I still feel a burn. I might do it 2 times a day this next week.

    Doing this for 14 days straight!
    Day 1: ✅ it was pretty hard and i had to take a few breaks and i really felt the burn, i hope tomorrow will be easier 🥲
    Day 2: ✅ i found it a tiny but easier than last time but still felt the burn
    Day 3: ✅ i got home late so i did it late at night and this made it a lot harder since i was so tired but i didnt skip
    Day 4: ✅ It felt a lot easier than before
    Day 5: ✅ im not sure why but today might have been the hardest so far but done

    skeptical if it works but I'll try this workout. I'm skinny fat and hoping this helps in making belly flatter.
    day 1✅: my core is very weak. couldnt even do exercise at 4:52. Definitely felt the burn a lot, wasnt easy. Glad I finished it tho
    day 2✅: still feeling the burn. could KIND OF do 4:52, still struggling. Not sure if my pelvic tilt is correct. Definitely feel my core burning

    I’ll try to do this for 7 days. (Break days don’t count)
    Friday (1)-✅ did it with almost no breaks!
    Saturday- ❌ had no time at all
    Sunday (2)-✅ felt better
    Monday- had to stop mid way cause I felt intense sharp pain, don’t know why. I will let my muscles rest for a bit.
    Tuesday- ❌ it was the New Year’s Eve and I was busy with the presents
    Wednesday (3)- ✅
    Thursday (4)- ✅

    For anyone looking to know of this is good for belly fat, you cannot spot reduce fat, the description says for “fat loss” if you want fat loss you must lose fat as a whole. But this workout is great for core strength

    i’ve been doing this workout about once a week for a month but now i’m going to try to start doing it every day:
    day 1✅: it burned but i felt very bloated today and it took away almost all of my bloating plus i really felt a burn in the upper ab area

    I have been doing this workout every time i go to the gym for the past 10-15 trainings
    I'm currently working on loosing bodyfat to see my muscles more and maybe it's placebo but i'm starting to see little results
    what i am sure about is that it can FEEL it burn and even at rest my abs are very strong (can't way to see them)

    Day 3-❌nope, sorry! I did have 2 P. E - a Volleyball practice and i did 78 sit-ups. I did Jump on a rope tho!
    Day 4- ☑️ done! Yay🎉❤. It burned, i am sweating😅. I did another 3 workouts :). +I did jump on a rope!
    Day 5- ❌ nope! I did jump on a rope and ride horses 🐎🐎
    Day 6- ☑️done! I did another 3 workouts. I loved The burn!! 😍 i was trying today to stay hydrated and drink more water!
    Day 7- ☑️done! I did another 3 workouts. It is burningg
    I dont see any changes, maybe my abs are getting visible 😮. I am gonna try to do another week!

    Day 8- ☑️done! I did another 3 workouts :) i was in a fun park today so i was basically running all day 😂😂
    Day 9- ☑️done! I did another 3 workouts. Loved it!! It burnssssssss
    Day 10-☑️yayy! I did it. I did another 3 workouts. i did full body today and abs :)
    Day 11- ❌i did have gymnastic ans horse riding today!
    Day 12- ☑️yep! I did another 2 workouts. I did run all day :)
    Day 13- ☑️ done! I did another 3 workouts. My abs are dead 🤣
    Day 14- ☑️! Donee! I did another 3 workouts. I feel my belly is getting toner, and slimmer! My legs have a gap between 😲😲🎉🎉.

    Decided to try it out and I'm going to commit to the full 14 days!! I'll post my progress for each day and hopefully see results. I'm doing this after a 30-45 minute run outside (and I live in a very hilly area) and my goal is to drink about three 32 oz hydroflasks a day (so 96 oz in total). I'm limiting my snacking habit and going to try to eat 3 full meals a day.
    Day 1: Really felt it. I struggled to lift my arms on some of them and had to take a breather and pause. I managed to finish and really felt it in my core. Doing this after a run is tough lol

    I’m 8m post partum and the first time I did this I cried. Second time I just only slightly verbally abused myself for being so worn out post partum and third time doing it I can feel some confidence knowing if I don’t quit I’ll be beautiful again one day 🎉 thank yyouuu

    (Day 1) I felt the burn and it was pretty easy until 5 minutes in 😭
    (Day 2) my core was sore and it hurt a bit but I still did my workout anyways, still a bit challenging but I got it done 💪🏼
    (Day 3) it was easier on day 3 and I was just trying to Focus on my breathing :)
    (Day 4) it got easier, still felt the burn and I was able to complete the workout without any breaks!
    (Progress) I feel stronger near my core and I’m able to more sit-ups without feeling tired quickly :) I suggest you take a rest if you start to feel sore or pain after a workout, make sure you drink water, watch your diet and rest your body when necessary :) you got this and good luck!!

    This is great!!! I just had a hysterectomy and this will definitely give me a toned stomach!!! I got two more weeks before I can workout and it’s on!!!!!

      found those in my notes (6 months later)
      day 1: tiring, my stomach hurt for 10 minutes after I did this (results: no visible ones)
      day 2: didn’t hurt that much afterwards, but the workout felt harder (no visible results)
      day 3: was definitely harder to start, but the 8 minutes passed by faster, even though the beginning was really tough (no results?)
      day 4: forgot😭
      day 5: did it 2 times td bc of yesterday, 1st one wasn’t that difficult, 2nd round was a lot harder (I have the impression that my obliques & the middle line of my belly are a little, little bit more toned, but maybe I’m just blind😭)
      day 6: had no motivation, was definitely harder but i performed the exercises more correctly than before? (same as yesterday)
      day 7: was really motivated, but did it at 11pm hahah, my neck felt dense, but it wasn’t that hard today (no more results)
      day 8: wasn’t that difficult, had motivation (slight changes, less bloated and middle line more toned)
      day 9: did it really late & was really bloated, and it wasn’t that easy
      day 10: was really motivated, I could see that I was capable of performing the exercises more correctly
      day 11: was really hard again, ate soo much today, hat no strenght but I had a good form (no more changes)
      day 12: had no difficulties starting, neck hurt , but it went well (middle line more defined today?)
      day 13: was harder today + really bloated (no more changes)
      day 14: did it for two weeks!! Tried my best today and will prob still do this workout for the next two weeks, I see slight improvements, for example in my flexibility/the performance of these exercises, but I can’t really see crazy changes on my body (when I’m laid down, I can feel that my stomach is harder, and maybe the middle line goes more inward)
      day 15: did not do it, got broken up to (was at the gym tho but didnt train abs specially)
      day 16: did two other Workouts
      day 17: did nothing all day😭

    day 1 ✅: it was hard as i havent worked out since summer so i took 2 breaks.
    day 2 ✅: waking up in pain was motivation to do this in the morning! i already feel stronger! let’s see how long i can keep it going. oh and no breaks this time :)
    day 3✅: did it again in the morning. felt good and i nearly did it twice in a day but stopped myself before i burnout from it lol.
    day 4✅: nearly forgot to do it but i did it and because i feel myself getting stronger i feel as tho im getting the right posture doing the exercises and im noticing a difference with how long i can keep up with it !!
    day 5✅: nearly forgot again. but did it in the afternoon, for some reason it felt harder but i still did it! i’m craving sugar but im trying to be disciplined whilst working out :(

    I can vouch that this seriously works. To be fair I am naturally thinner, but this worked magic when getting me nice and toned. I feel strong and look it as well

    Day 1: Completed and wow... yeah, I really felt that. Hurt in such a good way XD

    Day 9: Didn't do. I am just drained after my day and need to sleep

    Day 11: Competed and had 1.5kg weights on my ankles
