One advice for your videos, which are amazing: you could try to explain all the techniques and moves before the workout, because sometimes when you start to do them, an important part of the time has gone, so the amount of time we train our core is way less than it should be. I’m here because my 47yr old self is in the perimenopausal phase…muscle loss over short amount of time & weight gain even though I eat so healthily 😢 I am experiencing joint pain a lot, so hoping my focus on exercise really helps! I’ve bought a rebounder and good Matt for floor exercises..here’s hoping 🤞

@@mariacaldwell8254 you dont need to pay to look at workouts to lose weight. All you need is a calorie deficit and 10k steps a day if you're not interested in gaining muscle
I do love your workouts!! I tried the app but it didn't seem to work very well on android, it kept just freezing, and I couldn't cast to my tv screen. Are there any plans to improve the app on android. Would definitely subscribe again if so ❤❤

just a way to visualize holding in your stomach, tightening it while doing exercises
