I discovered your recipes whilst shielding during the pandemic. We were avoiding eating out or having any unnecessary deliveries. We have since had curry's at restaurants nearby in Blackburn, but none compare to ones I have made at home with your recipes. My husband Adam and I have both agreed the only restaurant we will visit for a curry now is yours. Its my husbands birthday next month, so am planning on driving him down for his birthday tea 👍🤞 Thank you so much for your amazing food and clear directions. Katherine
Just to say...love your desi recipes. Home cooking needs to be bone in. I'm ghorah but always cook bone in. Nihari much better than boneless! Thanks for video bro.
Nothing wrong with that at all. Everyone has their own favourite tastes and preferences. Whether people are saying to "add abit of that" or "subtract abit of this", recipes should only be treated as a base, where the chef can decide to do what ever they want with it. :) I mean no hate. Only to say that food is very subjective, especially when using very pungent ingredients like garlic and spice
WOW just WOW! my stomach was actually gurgling every time your camera went back to the fried chicken. Thank you so much. Now I know when I go to Indian restaurant why it takes so long...The chef is watching Latifs Inspired
I didn't realize until later on how important the humble green pepper was in Indian (Hindustani) cooking. I love Onion kulcha naan bread. Now I make that myself with green peppers. Nice mate. Thank you 👍
I would have felt blessed to have sat down with you & shared that meal. Everything I seen being cooked made me want to eat it. The chicken garlic chilli & Ginger is my favourite dish of all time! Your videos are great and really inspiring for home cooks. Keep up the great work! 👍👍👍👍👍 thank you.
Just love to watch your videos..you are so pleasant to watch ...& always pray before you start your cooking process Almighty God bless you & give you every success in all your endeavors watching in South Africa
That's cool. I don't know if you realise that Latif's is 168 miles from London Heathrow (about 3 hours by car). Thought you should be prepared for a bit of a trip.
The restaurant is in Alsager in Cheshire, 30 seconds from my apartment. Me and my mate were regular customers of his about 10-15 years ago before he opened "Latifs", the old restaurant was called "Indian Spice" as was just down the road from the current restaurant. The old restaurant is now a pub "Ey up duck".
No wonder Indian food is so delish and so expensive we would have put all the spices in together now I know but didn’t get the name of the last ingredient from the white bucket I’m learning so much from you thank so much would love to visit your restaurant maybe some day regards from Ireland
@Latifs Inspired - Hi mate is there any chance you can do a video on how to make that special green sauce please? Also, I remember having a dish at 1 of the Indian restaurants I used to go to in the midlands before I moved away 20 years ago. It was called Butter Chicken and it isn't that good where I live now so can you also do a video on how to make butter chicken......and if you have time, don't forget to make a video about how to make the Midlands favourite curry dish - the Balti 😆👍 Cheers mate 👍
Don’t worry dude, it’s essentially his garlic and ginger mix - he’s covered it on his channel. Essentially, a cup of garlic, cup of ginger, handful of coriander stalks (leaves he kept for garnish) and a green pepper, all blitzed and blended with water added. But, could easily get by with minced garlic and minced ginger.
apart from the delicious looking dish that you have made. I am respecting you guys for the cleanliness of your kitchen. Kudos and success. what's the address of the restaurant?
Seems there were several dishes going, I couldn't keep up, lol. I watch all these food videos and save them to queue as if I'm actually going to cook them. I know better.
I suppose the perks of working in a restaurant is that one gets to eat free food. Have you ever tried shatkora doner kebab in Mile End, East London? Im going to do my own channel on UA-cam. Once I do, I will let you know.
I love your videos, but I can't always make out what you are saying - and the auto text isnt catching it either. Could you list the ingredients please? Alison xx
Hi Latif, thank you for helping us to cook delicious Indian food. Could you please tell me what was the ingredients of the lentil sauce and what type of lentil you have used? Thank you very much with regards

Great video ! Watching in Dec 2022, released in 2018! Love it, Mark.

Drives me. Mad too.. so off-putting
@@bluebloodedsumo If he didn't then the whole kitchen would have little spatters of sauce everywhere. It's professional and tidy to do as he does.

Please start using wooden spoons brother. Looks yummy
I thought the same, wooden doesn't make noise
Enjoying your clips, you can improve your sound by using a lapel mic plugged into your mobile phone, Rode make one under Aus$100.
Love your recipes. Wish you would use a wooden spoon. The noise of the metal spoon against the metal saucepan makes my hair stand up
