Made this today! In a rare move I doubled it because I couldn't get one chicken breast. Worked fine! I didn't have the bigger chile so I used two tiny red Thai Birds-Eye Chiles instead. Those combined with the chili oil give this a nice bite! I also added a pound of whole Baby Bella mushrooms that I halved. Really good!!! Thanks for another amazing recipe!!!😀Please pardon my American spellings!!!!

Hi Chetna even though I know I won’t be able to cook this dish as allergic to some of the sauces it looked delicious. You light up my day with your blogs and humour every time you do a video. So glad you took time out for you and you only it easy to look after others all the time and forget about your self. Hope your mum is ok .

My husband has Parkinson's Disease & it affects his sense of taste, so I need bold/strong flavours for him to be able to actually taste the meal. I have some home grown snow peas that I'll throw in, but otherwise I'll be your recipe. Many thanks for a quick & delicious dinner.
