Brother, I’ve been watching, learning and enjoying your videos for a couple of years now.
I’ve tried many.
I am a chef and Have worked in some respectable Indian restaurants.
Your recipes are truly the best and your clear explanation and humble manner is just a pleasure.
Bless you brother, thank you so much
We made this tonight and it was a cooking lesson for my eldest. His first curry from scratch and it was absolutely lush. Latif, thank you so much for sharing this recipe. You have four very happy customers in our house 😊
No one explains how to make a dish better than Latif.
These one pot dishes are perfect for this time of the year. So grateful to have found your channel 👋🏾💕💯

@@LatifsInspired can you do a Chicken Morrisa, one of my favs. Just can't find the recipe anywhere
I made the garlic chicken for my adult children & myself. We loved it that much ,that I had to try it out on my fussy ,criticising brother the next day . HE SAID BEAUTIFUL !
This turned out as the best authentic BIR curry, I have ever made, and the missus agrees 👍
Top video, top instruction, top result 😀
Thank you soo much 🙂
I love coming here and trying these amazing recipes. I made this tonight and my girl loved it! I didn't know whole cloves of garlic could taste so good if cooked properly.
I did almost the exact same thing a couple weeks ago, using thick mutton chops on the bone. I decided to put it all in the oven after the stove top cooking, to let the sheep cook all the way. Came out the best curry I have ever made.
Thank you once again for all the great BIR curry videos.
Thank you
I made this tonight and all I can say is OMG!!! It was incredible! Thank you for such an incredible recipe! 😍
These one-pot videos were a genius idea. Absolute bangers!!

Well, I have got to say that this was one of the best curries I have ever had. That is after 45 years eating curries in Bradford. Great, clear videos and easy to follow. We got three meals for cost of about £7.50. Amazing. Many thanks for sharing your talent.

Now this is LEGENDARY. Absolutely amazing recipe 😎👌🏻
Looks great as usual, thanks as always my good man.
Vegetarians or meat free nights - feel free to replace the meat with any fleshy/substantial vegetables (cauliflower, soya chunks, paneer, tofu) as you'll still get the great flavour. Heck the sauce itself is a gem.
I'm a British born Punjabi and your BIR is becoming more and more Desi (traditional homegrown)... Which is an awesome thing in my books.
Keep passing on the foodology knowledge my brother and respect going out to you each and every time.
tofu , soya chunks , please research this more , view testimonies , stay away ....veggies , yes , all good to go , soya products , they are in everything all of a sudden with no actual need or purpose , thats when humans need to say.........well , why? .....and realise your government isnt your friend , Jesus Christ is your saviour.
@@onlymyself7225 thanks for the additional info. This will be helpful for those in the need. The base that the chef has provided will work to make cardboard tasty.
Where you get your protein from is also key.
Thanks for highlighting as you're right about having a good intake.
Happy cooking ✌️
Love this video! Just discovered your channel, so glad I have ! Mark.
