I made your lamb curry the other day and got an offer of marriage. I'm totally taking the credit for the recipe.
Tussk lol, I’ll make a prayer for you guys 👍
@@LatifsInspired Thanks brother, but we would prefer if you made us a madras.

That looks amazing. Thanks for sharing 😋
This is AMAZING!!! I've always loved curry and cooked it reasonably well but its never tasted like BIR curry - now it does and I can't thank you enough for sharing your skill. You are my new favourite UA-camr! Loving the vegan recipes - thank you. Respect. Stay safe :)
Great Bombay aloo made to your specification and taste great. That’s you at your very best.
Top job Chef, I can smell it from here, love it
I made this yesterday but as I'm watching my diet I only used a teaspoon of oil, and I also used fresh ginger and garlic and cooked the potatoes in the gravy rather than separate. It's delicious!! I had it with rice and a simple dhal, can't recommend it enough.
Nice. Will give it a try
Made it for dinner, what a great meal! Would really appreciate more vegetarian curries like this =) Thanks so much for the easy-to-follow instructions.

Totally scrumptilicious,,,, I have been doing "Bombay" spuds for years, and try all different recipes,, as of course there are a zillion, options in all "Indian" foods!! In fact I was once told there is no such thing as an "Indian" food recipe,, because of the endless variables.. For recipe,, read "guide"!!!
Simply amazing. Cant wait to try this out
The dish looks absolutely gorgeous. Gonna have to have a bit of confidence in myself and try this out. Thank you.

Looks sensational man!
I’ve never tried this dish with new potatoes before, but I’m certainly going to now!
Also, I always use tomato paste, but I’m totally going to try fresh tomato next time too.
I love a few curry leaves in the oil, at the start, but I grow them, so I’m biased.
Potato, butter and mustard seeds are a match made in heaven!
Thanks

Looks amazing. So affordable as well.
I just made this but with 2 onions and 1 whole red pepper ,even though it had loads of flavour and the small potatoes were really sweet ,i dded about 200 ml of lamb stock which was frozen from making pre cooked lamb as i wanted it to be abit saucy .The flavours from these ingredients are mouth watering ,i also omitted the green chillies as i couldn't get any in my small town where i live .Thank you Latif for sharing your cooking talents with us here on youtube ,hurry up with that book we're all waiting for you to release as when you do bring one out it'll be a top seller .
Great mate .. love it

Thanks, Chef! Never tried this or aloo gobi with "skin on" spuds so giving it a go this week. Good tip with the butter, too....Spuds and butter are best mates, so no reason it wouldn't work just as well in a BIR style dish too!
Coriander makes all the difference love it,!
This looks like an amazing and tasty dish! I'm definitely going to try and cook this next week. Thanks for the videos, they really are simple to follow and the recipes are amazing.
