The message here is so important 👏🏻 I get people asking about what diet I’m on and if I go to the gym because I lost 2 stone over the past 4 months. Trying to explain that the weight loss was a side effect of repairing my inner self is met with confusion. I overhauled my diet to include more whole foods, regulating my eating pattern, reducing the amount of junk food I eat and began practising yoga upon advice from someone else to address my anxiety and depression. It’s affected all areas of my life both physically and mentally, and I practise to make me feel good inside, quiet the storm and feel strong. Loving your inside will help you achieve peace with the outside. We need to learn to be kinder to ourselves ❤️ you can’t pour from an empty cup. Thank you for this, namaste 🙏🏻

I tend to push my body too much, and today you reminded me to push my body in a loving way. I have to admit I initially started yoga to improve my body, but you are teaching me ...us to love the practice for so much more. Your message hit home to me big time.

Dear Michelle, I’ve been practicing this flow for over a year now... and I can’t explain how well this flow has changed my body... However, can you tell me if this flow is recommended during initial stages of pregnancy? Should I be avoiding or modifying any of the poses?
