    Lovely flow, thank you! I’d love if you could extend the practice for 45-60mins. 30mins feels like we only just started & then over. Nonetheless I am very grateful for you and your classes. ❤

      Totally agree! This was one I would have loved to continue for another 15-20 mins. Maybe some additional twists and balances like rotating crescent or chair.
