Super helpful vid, Nicole! I agree that you can't use not having equipment as an excuse! Bodyweight alone can provide all you need with the right exercises. And, of course, I do feel lucky to have my treadmill for the cardio portion, as well.
Thank you! Definitely not alone on the muscle loss! Everyone promotes breastfeeding as a great way to lose postpartum weight, which the number on the scale often does go down, but if it's muscle that we lose- I would argue that it's not as beneficial as we often think it is.
