I did it 😅 40 was tough. Today was the first day of 40. Days before did 30min and 20min sometimes in one day both. I'm fat, and it's so difficult to lose weight 😫 I'm exercising from a month and did off of 2 kg, but after 1 week, i took it again. Don't know why? I'm not eating how I did. However, I will continue with your workout. Let's see how long I can do this 💪 thanks for your video
Eat more protein to burn fat! More lean meat, beans, quinoa, bulgar wheat all packed with protein. Research protein and fat loss that should be your focus.
@@aniasz3642 Even though you have to eat a lot of protein still don't overeat in one setting. You're still trying to reduce calories at the same time. Just make sure that you're eating a high protein meal when you do eat and if you eat carbs make sure they're complex carbs like quinoa, bulgur wheat, sweet potato, etc. Also try to get avocado which is a healthy fat. Just make sure your meals aren't too big, but vegetables and protein should be the largest parts of your meals. Also try to get a whey protein isolate which is purely protein. That way after an exercise you can get your protein from the shake and then from your meal. Just be consistent the weight will come off don't pay it any mind and keep working out and eating right before you know it it'll be off. If you keep checking for loss you'll get discouraged.

Added this to my workout playlist. I had already watched the 30 min one like 10 times, so I’m glad I have another. It’s so helpful and engaging to have timed workout video. It keeps me motivated and genuinely helped me lose weight by enjoying HIIT.
Love it. Can burst to 11 mph. A treadmill that allows you to dial in the speed vs manually up/down makes it easier. At end of sprint I grab the handles, feet to the sides, then dial in say 3.0. 25 secs fastest possible, 2.5 min slow. Lost 70 lbs, gain muscle even though my T is anemic. Resting heart rate 48, formerly high 60s. HIIT is great.

As soon as i get a treadmill, I will be doing these... don't need the intermittent fasting because I have gastroparesis and already on a mostly liquid diet of protein shakes and baby food...but I plan on doing these and kicking ass at it along with my total gym that I already do daily except for the Sabbath...I plan on doing total gym one day and these the next and then back to total gym the next, like that for 6 days a week...but I am starting at a beginner level...want to drop 3 pants sizes by November...
It'll be better if you suggest people the pace for each period: Five 45-second sprint rounds, followed by a 135-second rest; Five 30-second sprint rounds, followed by a 90-second rest; Five 15-second sprint rounds, followed by a 45-second rest. It could change per period or depend on level of beginning or pro. Tks for ur new vid. I'm still training with ur 30mins vid now!
Omg didnt realise this was on here! I love your workouts they give me great results. I actually modify the speed for the sprints and walk between sets.
This is great! My treadmill only goes up to 9 speed so I increased incline on the last round to 3. My max hr should be 183.. but max it got to today was 168. I was giving it my all but breathing in between deeply brought it back down to 121 at the lowest. Whew!

Just wanted to add that after the first two rounds one of my heels was bothering me a little, so finished the last round on a Arc Trainer. Worked out great and just another option is to switch machines if the intensity of the running causes any concerns... great workout!
I've been doing the 30 minute workout for 3 years. Now this !??!!! This one is going to be really hard but I'm for it ! Thank you for adding how many rounds are left. That helps when I'm dying🤣 during my rest period and may not hear you say how many are left.
Awesome workout! The first half was hard, the second half was deceptively harder. I love what you did with the graphics, easy to see on a cell phone from the distance. I did this on my elliptical and my heart hates you Dr K 🤣

Ive started to redo HIIT training after completing two half marathons. I was eating too much to fuel the tank . I find this HIIT is good for weight loss along with fasting. 2 meals a day and no snacking in between for 5 days out of 7. 2 days of freedom . Enjoy .

Loved this workout….before covid came i use to do the 1 min on and rest 1 min… but this is way better formation.

Hey! No. You should only do HIIT workouts 2-3 times a week. Every workout should be followed by at least 24 hours of rest.
