How many calories do you think this workout burns? I’ve been doing it every morning for the past two weeks and feel great, but my health app keeps asking how many calories so not sure.

I loved it 🤩, it such a great start for me after a 3 year break from having kids back to back. I'm able to fit it into my busy schedule ( SAHM). It 10am and I can't believe I'm already done with my workout. I have decided to easy my way into working out again. for now am aiming for consistency over perfection, in order to build back the habit of working out. 10 minutes a day for next 30 days. I'll drop another comment here after 30days to let you know of my process (holding myself accountability).

It says "beginner friendly" and some of the comments agree but, I don't think so. How is a beginner supposed to balance on one leg while bending over and lifting the other leg behind them all parallel to the ground? That's not a beginner move. I guess I should have realized something was off when the pinned comment from MonikaFit asks if "you managed to finish it."
I’m sorry but this is not possible there is no workout or exercise you can do for this. The only thing to consider is losing weight can lead to a reduction in breast size. Hope this helps 💛

It doesn't work I did it for around 5 months but I didn't see any type of difference in my body it doesn't work

I’m sorry but this is not possible there is no workout or exercise you can do for this. The only thing to consider is losing weight can lead to a reduction in breast size. Hope this helps 💛
