    200g green buckwheat flour.
    200g rice flour.
    100g tapioca starch.
    14g xanthan gum.

    Grease the dough pan with oil.
    Brush with olive oil.
    Divide into 2 parts.
    I put the dough in the mold.
    Cover with cling film
    And leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
    10-14 hours in the refrigerator.
    The dough has increased by 1.5 times.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 250°C/482°F,
    Then another 30-35 minutes at 180°C/356°F.
    The bread is ready!
    Now you need to let it cool.

    Te veo desde Uruguay. Creo que fue exceso de goma xantana. Debió ser menos de la mitad de lo usado. La miga tiene aspecto que quedó apelmazada. Se siente asì?
