Is this the Original Complete mix or the Buttermilk Complete mix? The Original says to add milk and egg.

I've been reading the warning..... "DO NOT OVER MIX".....for years.........What happens if you do OVER MIX ???
Also note that the temperature of 375 degrees is important relative to the 90 seconds cooking time on one side 1 and the 60 seconds cooking time on side 2. Dial that temperature in correctly. Follow the recipe and they come out moist, golden, and airy. One last note, buy the "COMPLETE" mix (not the original) Same flavor, less ingredients. NO oil, eggs, or milk.JUST H2O
