Yoo, this video saved my life. I've made two pancakes before but I was too scared to do it again. This simple video gave me the courage to make it again. So basically this morning I was starving with no opinions other than tortilla peanut butter and jelly or peanut butter on a spoon. My brother woke up and made pancakes because that's really all we had because the play adults were hogging all the snacks and drinks. If you don’t add oil to the pan and it’s at 190.5°C (375°F) and cook the first side for 90 to 110 seconds the top will be all a light brown and it won’t have those sunken in light colored areas.
