    Hi this is great. For the standing unilateral work how would you modify for pelvic gircle pain patients? Also, sitting back childspose how could i modify this position ? I think sometimes when I do my classes I treat them like precious little creatures. This looks hard for a pregnant person but maybe I need to make my classes a little harder... xx

      Hi! Great question…first…every client/pregnancy is different…so the standing unilateral leg work may not be appropriate for everyone. But to modify…I would make the lunges “shorter” not making them step back as far, or have them do single leg footwork instead on a wedge or Jumpboard to elevate their torso. You are doing a great job I’m sure…especially in the care you take with each client!
