    Your Pilates and yoga exercises make me feel the healthiest I ever was. Doing too much cardio or weight lifting was putting too much stress on my body. I was having problems with falling asleep, felt really stressed and down. Nothing like this happens to me when I follow your videos. I never force myself to do them, instead I am always happy to jump on the mat and hear your calming voice. Thank you from all my heart for your work, Nicole.

      This is so true for me too! I was doing all the usual workouts for at least 6 months, 5 days a week and not feeling great in my body. 2 months of Pilates have already done wonders for me! Nicole is the best that I have tried.

      Too much strenuous exercise like that actually damages the metabolism and mitochondria. That's why I stick to doing workouts like these now and my body has never felt better 🙏

      Same thing with me. This helped me get my strength back and slowly build my body back to fitness after being sick for some time and failing to go on my normal runs and gym sessions. Thank you Nicole

    I've started doing pilates 3 times a week consistently for the past 3ish months now...I can see my abs coming in, my booty is getting more lifted and my jeans are fitting better ^_^ perfect way to start the day

      You are right. Actually over training and putting stress on your body damages your metabolism and mitochondria. You can still get an effective workout without putting stress on the body. I love her videos ☺

    The little leg circles and sweeping the leg back and forward with the arms after the mermaid flow definitely fired up my lower half, especially with the lifting of the leg afterwards for 10 additional sections! That series burned my thighs and butt muscles to a crisp.

    doing your workouts not only is the most fun i’ve ever had while trying to get into fitness, but the fastest i have ever lost weight and seen results. you have made it so easy for me to become a better version of myself. i can even touch my toes without bending my knees now, haha! i can’t thank you enough

    Any time I’m really sore from weightlifting the day before I’m hesitant to do a workout the next day, but this was so perfect! There is such a good focus on warm up and stretch in this morning session. This was just what I needed before work!

    I'm in my late 50's and never tried Pilates before. I have begun noticing that my whole body is starting to stiffen up with age and this seems like the perfect antidote for that. Thank you so much. Hoping that in a month of two of regular practice everything feels better. 🙂

    Hi Nicole, I just finished taking this morning class in the evening my time and I can attest to the fact that it’s wonderful in the evening, too! 😊 I enjoyed the flow and the transitions between movements. I especially liked the mermaid stretch exercises. Fun class! Thank you!

    Have been following Nicole for about 2 years, working up to the more intense workouts. But some surgery has sidelined me for a bit. This workout keeps me moving without putting too much stress on my body!

    I do Taekwon-do, and it's pretty tough and we do rough exercises, so on my freetime, pilates calms my nerves and I can do everything calmly and concentrate, thank you Nicole💙

    It's been a while since I've done any sort of exercise besides walking (back and leg pain, yay 😑). But my physiotherapist told me that Pilates would be good, so I'm trying again.
    And you are THE reference for Pilates classes on UA-cam! I've been saving your workouts in a playlist for when I was able to start again and that day is today! 😅
    It was hard, I am rusty and it hurts, but it feels good to have you as a teacher once again.

    Thank you for this exercise session. Today I am experiencing the discomfort of arthritis in my body. Despite my inclination to rest, I pushed myself to engage in this activity. I now feel significantly better! :)
