I want to thank you, Charlie, for your voice and the way you explain your classes. It's always precise, clear, slow.enough that even as a non native speaker it's very understandable, which allows me to do 90% of the class without looking at the screen (except rare occasions) and therefore focus on how I do the things and not how you do them (and how I would like to 😂). This helps immensely to not feel bad with myself when I'm trying, but not really managing. Thank you for this, so much. Day 18 and going strong!
As a yoga newbie today felt like a turning point, core feels stronger, knee and wrist pain reducing and balance improving. So grateful and appreciative Charlie, thankyou ❤

Thru some small miracle, our neighborhood was spared, and we move back in today! 🙌🏼✨ Over the past week and a half, your videos have been a source of calm and grounding. Hey Charlie I love the meditation it helps so much, I like to do meditation after the class but sometimes I skip it to do breath work classes, so now that you ad meditation to the class it just put your mind in a much more peaceful state without any brakes in between your class and the next one I do (bdmt breathing or meditation) I just love your way of doing things, it's always the perfect flow with you and thank you for sharing it with all of us❤
Love your calming voice guiding through the yoga session. Today I had my eyes closed till the end and was just able to do along just following your voice. At the end, when I opened I felt so calm and relaxed and then to see the beautiful view on my screen. If I may ask, where is this beautiful place? What a calming view to open my eyes to. Day 18 ✔️ boat is a challenge for me. I do not have the strength and balance for boat. Squat was a challenge too! These are something to work towards 😁

Here!!!!!!!! Today I can see how much my body got adapted and changed!! It was a huge surprise to me! Also, I see myself laughing if I can't do something for long - loving that about myself
I feel like each new one that I do becomes my newest favourite. I've loved each and every one of these classes. I especially enjoyed the meditation at the end which felt like it flew by! Thank you Charlie, I can't believe these practices are free! ❤
After 9 years of daily practice, I still struggled with knee alignment in goddess and yoga squats, but this made it so simple. I also find boat (I have long legs and feel it in my hip flexors much more than in my core) and side plank challenging, so I did this class two days in a row and felt myself grow and find new ease. 🙏🏽❤🙌🏽
I must say, after feeling some soreness from the last few classes, having a migraine and two days of my body shutting down because I was asking too much of myself this past week i was feeling a little apprehensive about today but convinced myself that I could modify or leave out anything that felt too much and boy am i glad i did that. Today was really nice for getting back into it and I feel like my days has been rounded off really well. I'll go to sleep happy with my achievement and looking forward to tomorrow's class :)
Echoing the other comments about how amazing this series has been and how helpful each practice is. I have been following along daily and am amazed at how much improvement I am beginning to see! Small things but I am really noticing some differences and loving it! Also find your shorts really breaking down these poses and walking through how to modify extremely helpful!❤❤❤

Thank you for day 18. My cat was the sweetest distraction today: he came into the room during the practice and wandered around the mat while i tried to maintain balance 😆
My knees were not happy and painful with the goddess pose so missed out that section and did a child pose. Trying to give myself grace and do what I can. Thank you Charlie

I’m loving this 30 day journey! I’m new to yoga and this is just how I needed to get started. What kind of mat are you using and what are its dimensions? Mine seems too small. Also where are you located? Your surrounding area so beautiful!
I had so much trouble in the first pose. I think it's called stick pose? I have had issues with this before in the past, it ends up hurting my lower back. I don't know if this is due to tight hips or hamstrings, but I would just love to practice more to loosening up this particular pose. If anyone has any tips, please let me know!!
