Charlie, your flows are so good and this really helped me get back to moving in the aftermath of an ankle injury. I just wonder if you will have some recommendations on what to try at the end of the 30 days, because these flows for me are on the easier side, even without most of the props, but I tried the challenge for 30 days you called beginner-improver and it is a huge jump in difficulty. I think many of us would appreciate something between beginner and intermediate to avoid plateauing or stopping the good habit of practicing every day
