      It was my first time trying and I was able to do this pose. This makes me feel happy.😅

    I'll sign on the calender as a practice to "redo" because my raft sank immediatly and constantly ... every time, perhaps my legs are too long 😂😂 but I'm proud of my roaring tiger ... Thank you Charlie ❤

    Thank you for this practice. The boat sequence was extremely challenging. I appreciate you calling out the muscles that should be engaged as we move through and hold poses. I really enjoyed learning tiger pose.

    That was a tough one but good to push yourself. The high to low boat was a real challenge. Mine was more of a sinking boat but it really worked the abdominal muscles 💪

    I struggled on boats - silly me, tried to keep the legs straight in high boat, too - well,it did not last long and I ended up having to support the bended legs with my hands, so lot of space for improvement😉😁).

    This was the perfect amount of challenge to really show how far we’ve come. Humbled over and over but also was able to do things I didn’t realise I could yet, and definitely couldn’t do 24 days ago!

      Charlie is an amazing yoga teacher. I've followed several YT yogis, but Charlie is the best. This is my third 30 day challenge. Stick with her & you will be amazed at what your body will do & how well you will feel. She is the absolute best!

    Day 24 I can’t thank you enough for bring this transformation routine you brought in all of us who are following this challenge. This routine has changed so much physically and mentally as we take this practice as a routine. I wish if I had started longtime ago 😟.     Day 24 completed. A really good practice for me 😊, loved it. I think I remember practicing side plank and crow in last January's challenge, I wonder if they are still to come 🤔. This challenge has certainly reignited my enthusiasm. Thank you so much Charlie 😊

    Good morning with the beauty and cheerfulness of the living colors of nature, today's challenge was completed with all its beauty, the blind muscles were really activated and it was interesting enough that I repeated these beautiful movements twice, the feeling of joy accompanied by health for all friends, especially you, the capable and kind coach.     Investing in a yoga strap was one of the best decisions I've made for this challenge. I also need to incorporate that boat sequence into my workout routine, that was a fun challenge.

    Quite a lot more challenging in these recent videos in the challenge than my body is quite ready for, but gives something to aim for. We're actively hunting a February beginners challenge now so we keep up momentum and the habit you have helped us form!

    I find that if I grip the edges of my mat while in bridge it helps keep my chest open, just a tip if people find it hard to open the chest in this position ❤

    I had a tough time with my lower back foe the stomach poses so I spent a lot of that time in child’s pose. Other than that I really enjoyed this one too! Thank you,,,

      I had the same problem. Ended up doing quad stretches instead of tiger pose, followed, like you, by child's pose to ease out my lower back.

    Oh wow, this was a challenge and a half! Any suggestions for when I'm collapsing into my leg/hip rather than my hand/shoulder while in tiger pose? I feel myself tilting sideways and the next thing I know my leg is looking like a / !

    thanks for day 24! The tiger pose was amazing. Grabbing onto my foot was actually easy but holding balance in that pose? _impossible!_ i fell over like 10 times haha xD

    Hi Charlie. Appreciate this challenge! I've never stuck with an at home practice this long!
    For this practice and many others, I feel that my shoulders are working really hard. Is that ok, or am I putting weight in an incorrect spot? My lower back also struggled a bit with this specific practice. Tensed up. Specifically in Sphynx pose.

    Another 🍇 (humbling day). Genuinely curious if there are smaller steps one could take to be in low boat pose without compromising the lower back?

      Hello you could try placing your hands under your sacrum in a diamond shape to support your lower back. This be really helpful for a lot of people so I hope it makes a difference for you.
