Yyyaaaassss im so excited that you are doing Light Elegance tutorials/ reviews! Your You Tube channel is fantastic BTW I love how informative and to the point you are, but for video content I LOVE how well filmed you channel is! Your such a pro with everything you put out to the public. Really appreciate your video and pod cast content, Thanks for all your hard work!
I recently broke 4 of my natural nails that I normally keep pretty long and painted. So I decided to start giving myself extensions with gel and I’m having so much fun. I owe you a big thank you. Your videos really helped me. 🙏🏽🙏🏽
So I tried to purchase one of these and I guess this is for professional use only!? I am learning to do my own nails at home and would of loved to buy some of these!
This video is great! The wetting layer first then move the glitter where you want it. It worked perfectly!! I Love using Light Elegance products they are the best!! Thank you Liz!!
I couldnt konzentrate the first 3 minutes on what you where sayin . I just had to stare at this BEAUTIFUL OMG set of nails😱❤❤❤❤❤i am blown away by those
Hello Liz, I don't know if you'll receive this text but since we are all in our homes I've been watching your videos over and over!! Well let me tell you I DID IT!! After listen to this video I went to town practicing and if I could send you a picture of all the tips I did I would. I tried different base colors with the glitters and I'm so Happy!! Thank you for everything you do I truly appreciate it!! Stay Well!!
Ive been going through all your videos trying to figure out which soak off base to use under LE hard gels to make them not permanent. The P+? I also have Kokoist and Akzentz, but I don't know if those formulas would play nicely. Which one would you choose?
Quick question? Newbie Here Your videos are AAAAAMAZAZING btw During the demo you mentioned while painting the white with the glitter about coverage/application and spoke about not being able to file soak off gel without ruining it. Whats the difference between this gel and soak off, what are some types of both so I have an idea and if I have thoes type of products, and with the filing of them both how is it ruined or how do you finish it right for them to look great? Sorry to ask ao much. Theirs so much to learn and this is a passion I've always had. I juat didn't have the resources to learn. Thank you so much for your videos. They're so helpful. Inspirational. So thank you for all you do. Have a wonderful day!! Xoxo -Lindsey
How do you protect your nails while working on clients? Do you wear gloves throughout your entire service? I heard you say in one video that you don't recommend wearing gloves while using the e-file. I gt scratches in my gel on my middle and thumb finger sometimes if I don't wear gloves or flex tape on my fingers.
Could you just apply this on a buffed nail without gel base? Or do the glitter potted gel need a base first? *side note* can’t stop starting at those nailz 🧚🏼♀️
Dam it, decided to grab me some Light elegance but they don't ship to Australia. Any other recommendations plz on good brushes. Love love your videos, so many questions answered. cheers
Omg do you have an Instagram? Like your personal one? I already follow The Nail Hub 😊 I seriously was just staring at these nails the whole time 😍🤤🤯😱 so visually pleasing. would love to see more of your work.
Do you prefer the hard gels over the p+ ... I see everyone use the pots way more than any videos with P+. What do you think would be the best for natural nail clients the 1step or mani pedi
Sassiepants15 yes definitely prefer hard gel over p+. Soaking off nails each time is time consuming and can lead to damage. We prefer the 1step gel as it can be used for many things.
The Nail Hub I have almost all gel polish clients no acrylic or hard gel. All natural nails. I just ordered the 1 step so I can use the hard and p+ in the future. Could you do a tutorial doing a pedi with the newer products most of the pedi videos are old. Plus how you take off the hard gel using 1 step
Yes you need to use a Top Coat. We recommend Light Elegance Super Shiny. It is a top coat that has to be cleansed after curing, but it is totally worth it as it really is super shiny and perfect.
Hi, I love LE gels and have just changed over from another brand to them. My beautiful glitters should arrive any day now, I'm so excited. I wonder if you could help me with something please, I've got LE's Top Gloss and quite a few of my clients are coming back with lifting to the point of nails almost off. It must be me because I've never had this problem before. Are you able to shed any light on what I'm doing wrong please, thanks. Love from across the pond Xv
Hi Vicki, please feel free to send me an email with pictures if you can. Please give me a full run down of your process including all products used and in the order you used them. Please send to sales@thenailhub.com and it will get routed to me. :)
Thanks Liz but someone just told me I should have put the Tack into my UV lamp for 30secs, actually it read on the bottle that you don't ''have'' to cure Tack, if this is wrong then I guess we've found my problem. However I can if you'd like give you a full run down and products used, if you think that not curing the Tack is my issue. Thanks Liz I'll wait for your answer before proceeding further. Xv
What do you mean by ruining it by filing a soft gel? If I make a glitter gel myself by mixing glitter with basecoat and add it to the nail, can't I file it then? Do I have to encapsulate it with clear gel first?
@@TheNailHub okay, does it only apply to soft gel with glitter or does it apply to hard gel with glitter too? Can I file on top of it if I mix glitter with hard gel instead? 😊 Thank you so much for your response! 🌸🌸
The Nail Hub Thank you. I am going to try this with Black Magic. Thank you for the information you put up. I have been a follower since your podcast started.
I love your nails they are beautiful. I wish I could wear nail like that but. I’m limited to short nails do to sanitation I work in the restaurant business and is not possible to have long nails 😣😭
Very carefully and it takes too many hours to even talk about. Lol. I have had a lot of requests for extreme shape videos so it is on my to-do list. So behind on making videos it's not even funny but I will get there I promise. :)
Hi again Elizabeth I'm so sorry I hadn't seen this was a 2017 video, I'm trawling through your site and saw this video about LE so I immediately sent my message hoping you'd help me with my LE problem, sorry hun I'm such a numpty. Xv
No thanks, I prefer thin and robust nails. If a color gel has no coverage I wont buy it. Either it is meant to be used as an effect gel or it seriously sucks. My builder gels are carefully choosen for their specifications and I dont think this gel matches that. It is better to buy glitter and mix it yourself with gel or use the glitter press technique for coverage.

Can these glitter gels be used over a base layer of acrylic?

In your opinion, would it be possible to create hard gel extensions using the soak off base? Your nails are mesmerising!
Tara Munro yes you can put soak off base on the natural nail and then sculpt out the rest with hard gel.
Dam it, decided to grab me some Light elegance but they don't ship to Australia. Any other recommendations plz on good brushes. Love love your videos, so many questions answered. cheers
I’m so confused by the glitter gels , would it hard too much bulk if I was to apply
To a built up nail (with say 1 step) then apply these on top?
I would love to see a diy glitter gel mix tutorial ! Cool nails!
Here's one on custom mixing ua-cam.com/video/JOG5cd3Gi2Y/v-deo.html

Denisse Salazar for this particular brand, yes. Light Elegance is only sold exclusively to professionals.

I wish I could buy these gels :( thy are so pretty I only do my own nails
What do you mean by ruining it by filing a soft gel? If I make a glitter gel myself by mixing glitter with basecoat and add it to the nail, can't I file it then? Do I have to encapsulate it with clear gel first?
Linn Högberg if you file on the surface of the glitter you run the risk of filling off some of the finish of the glitter.
@@TheNailHub okay, does it only apply to soft gel with glitter or does it apply to hard gel with glitter too? Can I file on top of it if I mix glitter with hard gel instead? 😊 Thank you so much for your response! 🌸🌸
Hi omg cant you please send me some glitter gels to south Africa cape town .... we dont have that goodies here ....this video is awesome
@thenailhub what would be your process to finish file? Would you finish file with just the glitter layer or add a thin layer of let’s say 1-step?
Nicole Garcia you can do either one.
