I have always taken care of my arms . . . until last year when I started to focus more on my butt -I wish I had time for both upper and lower body workouts- but one short workout a day is all I can do. This workout is exactly what I needed. I feel she is talking to me and is keeping me on my toes. I am a bit out of breath, but very hopeful. Will let you know how I feel and look in one more month. I did this training 4 days ago, I had very little time to exercise, I found a 15 minute cardio and then I found this 10 Minute Arm Workout For Women training, I must confess that I loved it, it was very intense and very complete. It only remains for me to thank you Lindsay for having routines of 10, 15 and 20 minutes for those people who sometimes do not have enough time to exercise. Thank you very much, God bless you and help you in everything you do.

Thank you so, so much for this. I am 54,( almost 55) with a back injury, but working hard to consistently move and do workouts that won’t aggravate my injury. I was so frustrated trying to find a basic strength training workout that would work my entire upper body, didn’t involve a bunch of moves, or requiring working certain muscle groups on different days.This was easy to follow, I can physically do it, and is exactly what I was looking for.

Doing this work out often in my routine supported me so much with gaining upper body strength. When I started I did 5 lbs for the most part, added in tens only occasionally. Now I us 15lbs for the most part and go down to 10s and 5s only when I feel I am losing form. Thank you so much for sharing and for your positive attitude and energy. :)

For some reason I thought this was going to be easy, but it was NOT! It was a great, quick challenge for the upper body, I loved it! The push ups were so hard. I think because of the push ups from the slow burn workout I did on Friday! 😆
I just did most of these with 3lbs weights, and wow my arms are soft, glad I found a nice routine, need to open up my space a little more for the skull crushers.
so good. I love that the reps start high and then lower the amount. I started with 5 pounds and switched to 10 pounds when we were at 8 reps. Made me feel very capable! lol

Thank you for this workout, I just happened to find. I did it today using 5# first set and 10# for the other sets. I did my push ups on an incline against a table as have some hand issues and didn't want to stress that area out on the floor. Hope these modifications count. Should you have a day of rest between doing this again?I will try to do it 2-3 times a week. I am hoping you have another arm video that does flys, chest press and some arm workouts.

I want to incorporate chest press, fly, hammer curl and something else on an alternate day. I usually go to the gym 1 x a week and do an eliptical ride for about 15 min and a spinning bike 20 min. I make up my own routines to my music, similar to a spin class. I also do some weights and cables at gym.
For the first time ever I actually forgot to workout yesterday 😲 this never happens as working out is my favorite time of the day 😂. But since in did forget I quickly did this this morning while the babe was still asleep (was meant to be arm day yesterday) and then when she goes down for her day nap I will smash out a lower body workout 💖. So grateful for all these amazing workouts. Kicking my butt whether its 10minutes or 50minutes. Arms are dead

I recommend 2-3 strength focused workouts (like this one) per week and 1-2 HIIT workouts per week! Keep up the great work!

Yes, I personally would suggest starting heavier and dropping weights as needed (so you go heavier when you're fresh).
