I was able to use 10-Minute Dumbell Arms after walking, and modified to use lighter weights, and added on squats for a little extra I can't wait to get back to following your workout plans that I receive in my email. Yes! Increase your weights if they are feeling too light! You want the last 2-3 reps of an exercise to feel difficult -- that's how you'll know you chose the right weights.
