I'm SO happy that I found Nourish Move Love, Lindsey!! Prior to the global pandemic, I was an avid attender of all types of fitness classes at Lifetime Fitness. I love all of your workouts, but the cardio barre ones are my favorite! Your positive energy is infectious!! Also, with having a one-year-old at home, it's awesome that I can still have a solid sweat session even if I only have 30 minutes to work out on a given day. As someone who used to strictly strength train, Barre used to be what Lindsey calls a “learning to love” workout for me. The more I do it though, the more I can see how much I needed it. At first, these workouts were SO hard. I’m 33 and I can see now that if we don’t move like this on a regular basis, we really will lose it! Thank you for all that you teach us Lindsey. You’re so appreciated!

These workouts have been great for me--First pregnancy and in my second trimester...I struggled at first finding exercise routines that were challenging but felt safe during pregnancy. These have been a perfect balance!

With the lockdowns, I have tried online gym but being mom of four I need my schedule to be flexible, I workout when I can, pick the time I have from your neatly organized workouts divided by how long they are and boom, I feel good I got it done and none of them are too easy so far! I love your exercises, it is high intense, challenging, and great for postpartum. My son is 4; but I still feel postpartum and have weak core. Thank you so much.
