I was really excited when I saw this one coming. I really appreciate this! Core is probably one of my stronger areas pre-pregnancy but I've never really known how to work it when I'm pregnant. I'm 18 weeks now with baby #4 and will definitely add this one in regularly. Thank you!!
I am so happy that u are putting out these shorter workouts at 33 weeks thats all my attention span can handle even if I put a couple shorter ones together it is so much better then 1 longer one I dont kno but thars how my head works 🤣🤣 thank you!! These exercises are great for me to incorporate into my exercise program and I can do between rowing. Due to balance issues I can't do the one that you transfer dumbbell from one hand to the other with one foot off the ground so I omit that one. However, this is a great workout for us seniors 👵 So happy I found your video. Thanks for sharing it. 🙏
Try putting one toe on the ground instead of performing in single leg stance during the exercises you are currently omitting to work on progressing your balance. This exercise program is great and easy to modify :).
