    I appreciate your modesty on screen. It makes it so I can share your workouts with my international friends and they won't feel so awkward. And kids can see the screen and not be too exposed. RIGHT ON!!!

    Say hi from Germany! Still sore from yesterdays workout! I am a mum of four and 47 years old. My youngest is 1.5 years old and you safed my postpartum life. I love your workouts. They are the best ever. No one here in Germany or even online is as good as you guys!

    Wow!! Those tricep dips at the end were NO JOKE! & the stretching at the end felt good but eye-caramba, were they sore too (a good sore)

    I don't have a lot of time with kids and work. These 20 minute workouts leave me feeling (sore) but stronger each time. I am very thankful for these and for the chance to get physically and mentally tougher! Thank you!

    I’ve been doing your workouts for years… I’m a homeschool mama of 5, I always fall off during pregnancy and pick back up after baby… I cracked up with “put your hand up on my hip when you dip, I dip, we dip” because my youngest always has his hand on his hip when I’m holding him so I CONSTANTLY sing that walking around with him (shows my age 😂). I love your workouts, I was always a competitive athlete and keeping up with your pace is always my motivation! I can do them when everyone is sitting and eating breakfast before we start our day, you have blessed me and so many with your positivity and encouragement. You and Rachel are a great team & I often find myself inserting my thoughts into your convos 😂 also, my little ones like to come up and do the moves or better yet, they like to “coach” me 🤪

    I have been doing your programs for over two months now, between your Beginner program, Diastasis Recti, several additional core videos, and now your Strong 20. This work out video is by far my absolute favorite! Your whitty humor throughout the video kept me going with a smile on my face.     i’ve been doing this program for 3 weeks and i love the 20 min format so much! i have depression so it is pretty hard for me to keep up with longer programs, and I want to keep moving so these kind of videos always help me to stick to my goals since they’re shorter

After my second wrist surgery the doc said not to do exercises that use my full body weight so pushups are out. So great to see the alternatives and not be called a "beginner"!!     Day 2 - crushed it! And I guess I’m stronger than I thought because I need to go buy heavier weights today to make it more challenging. GREAT PROBLEM 🤩

    That was intense! I can’t believe how effective 20 minutes can be. I’ve got 5 weeks left in my 5th pregnancy and I’m hitting fatigue so these quick workouts are perfect to keep me moving until delivery!

    You guys are SO encouraging. Love it.
    Also a goal of mine post partum was working on arm strength and sculpting. But wow. Arms are so much harder for me and require much more diligence than the other workouts. Easy to want to skip or go lighter in weights because it “burns” ha!

    I definitely underestimated the difficulty of this workout! Holy cow were those tricep dips killer at the end! Thanks for another amazing workout and for always pushing me past my limits 🙌🏼

    Those front punches though !!! Love the rotational press too so glad you include those because I never remember them 😂 awesome work! Triceps were on fire at the end too for sure
