I’ve been doing your workouts for years… I’m a homeschool mama of 5, I always fall off during pregnancy and pick back up after baby… I cracked up with “put your hand up on my hip when you dip, I dip, we dip” because my youngest always has his hand on his hip when I’m holding him so I CONSTANTLY sing that walking around with him (shows my age 😂). I love your workouts, I was always a competitive athlete and keeping up with your pace is always my motivation! I can do them when everyone is sitting and eating breakfast before we start our day, you have blessed me and so many with your positivity and encouragement. You and Rachel are a great team & I often find myself inserting my thoughts into your convos 😂 also, my little ones like to come up and do the moves or better yet, they like to “coach” me 🤪

You guys are SO encouraging. Love it. Also a goal of mine post partum was working on arm strength and sculpting. But wow. Arms are so much harder for me and require much more diligence than the other workouts. Easy to want to skip or go lighter in weights because it “burns” ha!
