Fruits and vegetables obviously were put here by lour creator specifically to nourish us and also animals. There is literally no other reason for them to exist. They are packed with all sorts of vitamins and minerals and nutrients that we all need. Bananas by themselves are almost the perfect food. @@Carnivore-Felix Rich in Nutrients: Bananas provide essential nutrients like potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and antioxidants. A medium-sized banana contains around 112 calories, 29 grams of carbs, and 3 grams of fiber1.
Blood Sugar Regulation: The soluble fiber in bananas helps moderate blood sugar levels after meals. Even though they’re higher in carbs, they don’t cause major spikes in blood sugar for most people. However, if you have diabetes, it’s best to stick to one banana at a time1.
Digestive Health: Bananas contain resistant starch (found in unripe ones) and pectin (in both ripe and unripe). These fibers support gut health, prevent constipation, and may even protect against colon cancer1.
Weight Loss Support: While no direct studies link bananas to weight loss, their low calorie content, fiber, and satiety factor make them a great addition to a balanced diet1.
Post-Exercise Recovery: The potassium in bananas helps with muscle function and recovery after workouts

      @Carnivore-Felix  2 місяці тому +1

@@joeldriver-sp2rg Alright, let's cut to the chase
Nutrient Density: Bananas are glorified sugar sticks. Sure, they have some vitamins and minerals, but nothing compared to a juicy steak. Still not any fat or protein. Not very bioavailable either.
Blood Sugar Regulation: Bananas will spike your blood sugar fast. They’re loaded with 29 grams of carbs per serving! On a carnivore diet, you’ll maintain rock-steady blood sugar levels without worrying about the insulin rollercoaster. Ditch the fruit and fuel your body with stable, long-lasting energy from animal fats and proteins.
Digestive Health: Bananas are loaded with anti-nutrients and can mess with your gut. They cause bloating, gas, and other digestive issues. Meat, on the other hand, is easily digestible and free from the problematic compounds found in plants. A carnivore diet supports a healthy gut by eliminating these irritants.
FIber is an anti-nutrient. So there is really nothing special about bananas. Red meat is better

Humans have been carnivores for most of our history… and we have been thriving up to this point. Last 100 years when meat consumption has decreased, and vegetables, seedoils and processed foods have been on the rise, all health problems have exponentially increased.
So the carnivore diet is really not a fad diet. Its back to the basics and it’s here to stay because it works and heals people.

      Thanks for your comment!
I hear Paul Saladino's point. Vegetables and plants are definitely filled with a lot of toxins, and the bitter taste is our body's way of signaling that they're not good for us. No one will really benefit from them...
The thing with fruit is that the fruit wants some animal to eat it, but not necessarily humans. For example, some fruits have evolved to appeal to specific animals, like birds, which can help disperse their seeds over a wide area. This relationship benefits both the plant and the animal. However, just because fruit is meant to be eaten by animals doesn't mean it's always the best choice for us humans.
That said, some fruit is better than others. I believe that an all-meat diet is ideal, but if you do well on some fruit or berries, go for it. Just be mindful of how your body responds!

When your 40 and you have life experience with how bad your diet is.
You won't know until you've lived and you have had blood work done for many years
    Don't give advice

Hey, I'm 21 and doing fantastic, thank you.
When I'm 40 I bet I will be in a lot better shape than I'm right now. Because thats 20 years more of the proper human diet.
If you think eating only meat and eggs causes heart attack, I beg you to explain how. Because I have not seen any research on that :)

I was 58 when I started. So brainwashed and scared I was going to kill myself because of what I have been taught my whole life. Almost a yr later- yearly lab work and exam time. Had anxiety about how bad the test where going to be!! Called me a week later with all the results. NEVER ever ever have my labs been this good! Everything was normal or below range. Who would have thought eating fat would lower my Triglycerides and Cholesterol from- 300's to under 200!?!? So crazy, I would have never believed it if I didn't see it!! On top of feeling GREAT!!
In saying that, I do understand people have curtain issues. You just have to do what's best for you.

@@angelaveneziano4185 Great to hear! I'm very happy for you.
Society really has messed up us believing fat is bad, when it's the opposite!
      Keep it up!

      @@marianroberto5140 yes 100%.
Broccoli is a good example of something that is totally man made.
Some ancestors very rarely ate fruit with lot less fructose than the ones we have today.
The ice age is the best example of a time when we did not eat ANYTHING ekse than meat.
