Going plant based is far easier than it seems, and I will keep providing recipes to showcase that point. I feel like a lot of what I was researching when I transitioned from a vegetarian diet to a vegan diet was overly complicated and time consuming, and it took me a while to figure out otherwise. So, if I can help others find a faster way to plant based living, I am so happy to do so. 🤞🏽My workouts are truly my me time, I am able to zone out, get in touch with my mind, body, and spirit and let everything else fall away💪🏽.
