Hello SisterFriend! Sounds like you and I have quite a bit in common; I love that! Good health absolutely starts on the inside with how you fuel your body. I want to live a long, full, healthy life free of debiliations and medications. And my workouts make me feel amazing! I not only feel energized and strong, but I feel centered and in touch with my mind and body; it's truly a time of peace and a form of active meditation. Hello and good morning, Ms.Miriam❣️Thank you so much for joining the SisterFriends, I am truly overjoyed that we have found each other! 🤞🏽☺️ That Sciatica is something else! I see a chiropractor weekly, he's awesome! He also practices Airrosti, which is like a form of deep tissue massage, physical therapy, and acupuncture which I'm completely addicted to; it's instant relief! So, I do a lot of the stretching exercises he has prescribed as a part of my therapy (many of which I performed in this video). I also use a Lacrosse ball (orederd on Amazon) for deep trigger point massage (that helps alot between therapy). And CBD topical creams and massage oils also provide a nice measure of relief when my Sciatica is triggered. I try to stay mobile, avoid sitting for long periods of time. I use a lumbar pillow to support my back when driving as well. But I stay active, work to keep my hip flexors loose by stretching, and build up my glute muscles, as my chirpopractor says that much of the sciatic nerve compression is due to tight hips and laxaty in glute muscles.
