Unless someone has serious, life threatening allergies to animal products, I don't think anyone is healthier eating a diet completely void of animal products. Our bodies need nutrients, vitamins, and amino that are not in a vegan diet (the list of important ones is at least 14 to 15 missing in a vegan diet). Alot of people say cholesterol is bad for us, it's actually something our body needs to function properly. Our hormones, brains, nervous system especially. There's good cholesterol and bad cholesterol. On a vegan diet you get absolutely zero of any of it. Bio availability is a huge part of why veganism isn't something I think is healthy for anyone. Those vegan nut milks are fortified with calcium and they like to advertise it as just as much if not more calcium than milk. Fortified calcium is not the same calcium in dairy. Fortified calcium in large amounts can contribute to having serious issues like kidney stones. I was vegan about 5 years, from 2014 to the end of 2018 and I struggled with severe anemia and several different vitamin deficiency issues that wouldn't improve. I tried eating enough vegan sources of the things I was low in, nothing corrected my severe anemia until I stopped being vegan. I was either severely anemic or borderline most of the years i was vegan. Not to mention that soy is a very common main protein source for vegans and soy is a phytoestrogen that mimics female hormones. It can manipulate your hormone levels and isn't good for women and definitely not good for men. It really messed with my health and deeply regret ever going longterm vegan. It might be fine short term, but it's not worth the problems it can cause down the road

As a vegan I love your sense of humour, classic
Keep it up lee!
❤️❤️
Bro got the pre workout from he’s friend💀
😂😂
Tbh i feel like this video is a bit disrespectful. you couldn't even go one day without meat?
I love this video. But as someone who tried to make the switch, Please research the Vegan meat before consuming! Beyond is lab grown and most meats that resemble ground beef are unhealthy. It’s best to make your own black bean burgers or whatever else so you know what it is ❤ good luck on everyone’s health journey!
“I’m not the biggest fan of tofu.” Your name is now Leon Lam.
Respect u bro..❤
Lentils + nuts / seeds to complete the amino acids (and a steak of course)
150 g of a plant protein is sooo much different than 150 g of animal based protein
Not sooooo much different. I dont even think you need to get 200g to compensate
@@fatherofdragons5477 Very much different, plant protein is 85% energy and animal protein is 70% energy So you are getting half as much protein for muscle growth
@@fatherofdragons5477They are very different, considering the fact plant protein is incomplete and misses out on certain amino acids
It's all sus from the beginning 😂
Bro looks bulky j hope 😂
Seitan, tofu, frijoles, lentils, spirulina
Silken tofu + berries and blend. Turns into a yogurt like substance and is really good for a low calorie + high protein snack
Best fitness influencer
❤️❤️
Tvp, tofu, and tempeh are my absolute favorite
There so versatile
Also, a bean chili with tvp and quinoa will fucking pack in the protein. 10/10
This guy is funny asf 😂
I used to eat beyond meat long ago. They taste like real meat. Also, the BBQ I was eating made me fat. I removed Nutella and Sweet BBQ. And no rice, no more sugars, no more bread. Just veggies and meat to get shredded fast. I don't want to get fat anymore. 😁
👌🏼👌🏼
You look like Jimin without estrogen hormones.. 😂😂😂💪
Wow, you’re trying to force your friend to eat something he doesn’t want to eat… What a great friend.
no
Unless someone has serious, life threatening allergies to animal products, I don't think anyone is healthier eating a diet completely void of animal products.
It might be fine short term, but it's not worth the problems it can cause down the road
your vegan friend definitely looks like a stereotypical male vegan 🤣
How
Unhealthy and 20 years older than they really are🤷🏼♂️
Easy to do 🌱 🌱 💪🏽
Always worth checking out indian food. Their vegetarian meals are generally high protein, cheap, and very easy to make vegan
There is a thing used on beer formula that can be added to food and add a lot of protein, i forgot the name but in portuguese is "cevada"
you should do vegetarian next, its much easier
I may try this 😩
