Love this one! At first when I saw the lighter weights I thought it wouldn’t be crazy hard. I was wrong! This one was intense! May have done the squat lunge kick move four times the first round bc I couldn’t figure it out 😂. Perks of working out in my garage. No one can see you! Have a great new year and thank you for pushing me to be better every day!
That felt sooo good! I got back to Germany yesterday and with the 8hour flight and my ongoing jet lag, this was exactly what I needed! Heart rate up, but not too much, weights, I even used my new lace ups instead of ankle weights (because I couldn’t find those), and the stretch at the end. Michelle, your instructions again felt like you were actually watching me 😂. Great work!

This felt like cardio to me. My heart rate was up the entire time. I loved the low impact with ankle weights and hand weights. I would like to see more workouts like this.
I’ll see if I can do this after Epic Heat!! Trying to do longer workouts. I made it to 16 + 10 minutes yesterday! For the floor workouts, I’ll do squats because of my knee.
