    Wow!! I love this workout, I am 65 live in an upstairs condo so can't do treadmill or to much jumping around and this was amazing, definitely brought on the sweat!! Thank you Michelle and the Driveway Gang for what you give us here to keep us moving!! 😃🥰

    Hey guys! I want to said thank you so much for all you doing! You save my life! I had a sedentary life, and I was always sitting all the time in my chair, I decided I needed a change! It's been a long time since I exercised, it was years! and I found your channel, because I started with short excercises videos, and I have to say that your videos convinced me! I am 48 years old, I have multiple musculoskeletal conditions, and that has not stopped me! Now, I exercise every day with you, I have your exercises saved on my playlist, all the ones I can do and I am increasing! This is a big challenge for me, but I love it! Thank you! ❤ a big hug from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷😊

    *i love cardio workouts like this with equipment! it progressively got more difficult as the workout continued and i had to take some breaks but i’m done! man those ankle weights add so much intensity. 476 active calories and 562 total calories burned and counting on this pretty sunday!*

    Desde MEXICO .... Tengo 56 trabajo de limpieza y por uso constate de mis manos me duelen las muñecas, los dedos, las articulaciones, me dicen que tengo osteoartritis, de chica practique gimnasia olimpica , ciclismo, patinaje en ruedas, atletismo, un poco de yoga en fin me fascina hacer deporte pero con estos dolores de mis articulaciones me da miedo por que siento que me voy a lastimar .... Creo que estos ejercicios son una alternativa ecxelente 🙌🙌

    Wow this was a rejuvenating workout Michelle! It did bring my HR up and kept it there, but not to high at all that it made me want to stop. It was like a brisk nice walk! And it felt good. Please do another one just like this! I love the idea of steady state no jumping and just moving using light weight to do the job! Thank u! Came back to edit this to say, by the way how do you come up with so many moves for so many workouts? U are amazing!

    Felt good to move without pounding! I love the kickbox and standing cardio workouts! 4-5-24 So controlled and intentional; really fun and fast, too! 6-7-24 Loved it on 8--2-24; this one is a keeper for sure!

    WOW! That was killer! At first I thought this is to easy but dang it builds up on you! I love steady state cardio, I took no breaks just kept moving and this almost 70 year old gramma burned 220 calories! Heart rate was in steady state! Thanks ladies for the sparkle!

    This is a fabulous workout. I did it last week and decided to take your advice, I ordered the wrap around wrist weights. Just did this video again this time with the wrist weights, wow who knew 2lbs could add so much more to your workout.     Michelle this is such a fabulous exercise video. I was seriously sweating and felt like I got an excellent workout. I’m 62 so high impact is something to do less often now. I’ve also enjoyed your rebounder videos which I love to do. Thank you so much ❤. PS: I’m going to invest in some of those wrist weights. I’ll be back 😉
