Your workouts are very calming, and you give the right amount of instructions and encouragement to every move. I turned 67 today and my husband and children say I look good . Yours fit me well. This particular workout I split in half and do the first half one day and then the second half another day. It works for me! Thank you!!

I really enjoyed this longer workout. I have just returned from my 6 week holiday in the U.S. and Canada. I took my resistance bands, tablet, and foldy mat with me. I worked out where I could. (I didn't beat myself up if I missed a few days here and there, I'm on holiday, right? Getting up at 4 am. to head to the Canadian wilderness to watch bears catch salmon has to be a priority 😊). I am on a huge weightloss journey (I was commenting my wins before my holidays). So the results are in after 6 weeks holiday. I did the full body resistance band workout alternating with level up abs and walked on average about 16,000 steps a day. I was minful of what I ate but not "strict". I only put on 1lb. So I would like to thank you Lauren for being with me most mornings. Always that little reminder of how far I have come.
Hi Lauren. I discovered your channel about 10 days ago and have been gradually working through your videos to find those that suit me best. To say I love them is an understatement, I have just turned 68yrs and I do the 1hour level up in the morning and a variety of the 10mins in the evening. I have also just come across your weekly challenges, so on to them next. Thank you so much for posting you've no idea how pleased I am to have found you.
I appreciate the rest break between the two cardio sections. That allowed me to make this a shorter workout with one cardio segment and then the strength. Now I can come back and do the second cardio and strength another day. Two workouts in one video! Perfect. Thanks, Lauren.
I do 1 hour Zumba workouts 3 times a week for a while now but I never felt like huffing or puffing afterwards. This workout, although slow paced, made me catch my breath at times. I feel like I’m using all my muscles work to get through it. It’s an awesome workout. Thank you for putting this workout together.

I really enjoyed this workout! Very encouraging to know I can work up to a higher level. I did use 5 lb weights. I'm 63 and I think of my grandchildren - picking them up and playing with them - and it motivates me to gain strength and stamina. Thanks so much! You are a POSITIVE influence!

My Interrist suggests 150 min resistance per week especially with my intentional weight loss and my cardiologist added150 min aerobics per week! The hour combo helps get to that goal easier! :) & this 66 year old loves your great instruction!!
I kept skipping this workout because of the length, but I did it today and, as I always do with your workouts, enjoyed it hugely while time flew by. Now that I’m done I feel GREAT and I’m so glad I did it! This was wonderful!!! Absolutely loved the longer workout. Most days I just do 2 or 3 of your shorter ones so it was really nice to have the option of just 1 to exercise the whole body for an hour. You are amazing! And your hair looks great in this video.
Love this format Lauren! I really enjoy all of your standing strength workouts especially. A suggestion would be to put those standing strength workouts into their own playlist (my apologies if you have one already and I hadn't noticed).

I had to save this for the weekend since I typically don't have the energy for a long, difficult workout after work. This was just what I needed to redeem myself for yesterday's burrito!! I tried to make both cardio and weights as challenging as possible. I feel beat and rejuvenated all at once. You're magical!❤

Just finished. This is great for me. All standing. I have prolapsed discs in my neck so struggle with floor work outs.☹ I am just getting back into regular exercise after losing confidence because of my neck issue. I did this workout today along with my 2 sisters sharing on zoom. I really liked this format and the length of the program. I'm 7 weeks post total knee replacement and was happy to be able to do this workout with modifications.

I got 233 active calories recorded on my apple watch for this one. Been following your workout for two months now. 😃 I love them and even slowly gotten rid of the pain on my left wrist and lower back which I've been feeling since last year. It's 95% healed now. I always do the morning stretch, the pilates and the latin dance cardio. 😍

Thank you so much for all you do Lauren! I love your channel! I like to combine videos to get at least a 45 minute workout, so this longer one is great! I am 68 and very active, in spite of needing new knees. Bicycle riding has been my primary form of exercise for the last 15 years, but my knees can't handle all the miles I used to ride a year. So finding your channel a few months ago has been a big encouragement to me... I love the way you mix up the routines and make them interesting. My arms are getting much stronger using weights in the workouts. And my balance, which I didn't really realize wasn't so great, has improved also. So even though I just ride my bike twice a week now, doing your workouts about 3 times a week really makes me feel better and stronger all over. My knees are happier, so I can keep postponing a knee replacement. And your workouts are really good to prevent osteoporosis. So, thank you, thank you, thank you!!! You're awesome! Keep those videos coming.

Thanks Lauren! This wiill be a great help. All set for this tomorrrow am! My Interrist suggests 150 min resistance per week especially with my intentional weight loss and my cardiologist added150 min aerobics per week! The hour combo helps get to that goal easier! :) & this 66 year old loves your great instruction!!

This was wonderful!!! Absolutely loved the longer workout. Most days I just do 2 or 3 of your shorter ones so it was really nice to have the option of just 1 to exercise the whole body for an hour. You are amazing! And your hair looks great in this video.

Love this format Lauren! I really enjoy all of your standing strength workouts especially. A suggestion would be to put those standing strength workouts into their own playlist (my apologies if you have one already and I hadn't noticed).
So glad you love it Theresa! I have a standing playlist but it's all standing workouts with no equipment, so this didn't really fit into it. Thanks for the suggestion, I think I need to re-do my playlists, I just don't want it to be too cluttered...
I had to save this for the weekend since I typically don't have the energy for a long, difficult workout after work. This was just what I needed to redeem myself for yesterday's burrito!! I tried to make both cardio and weights as challenging as possible. I feel beat and rejuvenated all at once. You're magical!❤

Just finished. This is great for me. All standing. I have prolapsed discs in my neck so struggle with floor work outs.☹ I am just getting back into regular exercise after losing confidence because of my neck issue. I got 233 active calories recorded on my apple watch for this one. Been following your workout for two months now. 😃 I love them and even slowly gotten rid of the pain on my left wrist and lower back which I've been feeling since last year. It's 95% healed now. I always do the morning stretch, the pilates and the latin dance cardio. 😍

Thank you so much for all you do Lauren! I love your channel! I like to combine videos to get at least a 45 minute workout, so this longer one is great! I am 68 and very active, in spite of needing new knees. Bicycle riding has been my primary form of exercise for the last 15 years, but my knees can't handle all the miles I used to ride a year. So finding your channel a few months ago has been a big encouragement to me... I love the way you mix up the routines and make them interesting. My arms are getting much stronger using weights in the workouts. And my balance, which I didn't really realize wasn't so great, has improved also. So even though I just ride my bike twice a week now, doing your workouts about 3 times a week really makes me feel better and stronger all over. My knees are happier, so I can keep postponing a knee replacement. And your workouts are really good to prevent osteoporosis. So, thank you, thank you, thank you!!! You're awesome! Keep those videos coming.
