    Love your workouts. I really enjoyed this longer one. 30-35 min of cardio plus 20 minutes of strength with weights is ideal. I enjoy doing at least 2 of your workouts each day. You get my day going in the best way. Thank you, Lauren!

    Your workouts are very calming, and you give the right amount of instructions and encouragement to every move. I turned 67 today and my husband and children say I look good . I feel exercise is so important for the mindset throughout the day , besides you are toning and improving your health and heart. I appreciate your dedication to helping others.

    This workout is amazing . Tough but doable . Thanks Lauren. You continue to think of new and brilliant workouts for us over 30😂. I am 76 and love all of your exercises. The Pilates and strength and cardio . Keep up the excellent work .

    I normally try to to 30 mins cardio and 30 mins strength. It was nice to have that in one workout. Really enjoyed this

    I'm in my 70's and started with Silver Sneakers but they don't offer enough challenge or option to level up. Thank you for keeping us moving.

      @@dmercier6437 oh for sure! My scales weren’t moving much and I was walking 6 to 8 miles a day. But! When I started building muscle the scales started clicking backwards! 😉

    I love all your workouts, either long or short. The "level up" sessions are very nice options when body conditions allowed. Your varieties of workouts have help me rebuilt my muscle, strength, endurance & shape for last two months, after survival from an intense chemo. I appreciate your efforts for seniors and thank you.

    I really like your workouts!! They seem to be perfect for me! I am almost 70 years old and have been doing workouts most of my adult life. Things change and so workouts need to change too. Yours fit me well. This particular workout I split in half and do the first half one day and then the second half another day. It works for me! Thank you!!

    Wow, Lauren, You have outdone yourself. I have sweat this much in a couple years. I had to use the first break to turn on the AC and the 2nd break to get Ibuprofen. I did use the chair a lot sitting and standing but I didn't quit. Thanks for saying you are proud of us and starting the Facebook group.

    It’s great! I thought the only thing missing was to come to the floor at the end, do your favorite figure 4 hip stretch, and then a lying twist. 😊

    I really enjoyed this longer workout. I have just returned from my 6 week holiday in the U.S. and Canada. I took my resistance bands, tablet, and foldy mat with me. I worked out where I could. (I didn't beat myself up if I missed a few days here and there, I'm on holiday, right? Getting up at 4 am. to head to the Canadian wilderness to watch bears catch salmon has to be a priority 😊). I am on a huge weightloss journey (I was commenting my wins before my holidays). So the results are in after 6 weeks holiday. I did the full body resistance band workout alternating with level up abs and walked on average about 16,000 steps a day. I was minful of what I ate but not "strict". I only put on 1lb. So I would like to thank you Lauren for being with me most mornings. Always that little reminder of how far I have come.

    I appreciate the rest break between the two cardio sections. That allowed me to make this a shorter workout with one cardio segment and then the strength. Now I can come back and do the second cardio and strength another day. Two workouts in one video! Perfect. Thanks, Lauren.

    I do 1 hour Zumba workouts 3 times a week for a while now but I never felt like huffing or puffing afterwards. This workout, although slow paced, made me catch my breath at times. I feel like I’m using all my muscles work to get through it. It’s an awesome workout. Thank you for putting this workout together.

    Thanks Lauren! This wiill be a great help. All set for this tomorrrow am! My Interrist suggests 150 min resistance per week especially with my intentional weight loss and my cardiologist added150 min aerobics per week! The hour combo helps get to that goal easier! :) & this 66 year old loves your great instruction!!

    I kept skipping this workout because of the length, but I did it today and, as I always do with your workouts, enjoyed it hugely while time flew by. Now that I’m done I feel GREAT and I’m so glad I did it!     This was wonderful!!! Absolutely loved the longer workout. Most days I just do 2 or 3 of your shorter ones so it was really nice to have the option of just 1 to exercise the whole body for an hour. You are amazing! And your hair looks great in this video.

    Love this format Lauren! I really enjoy all of your standing strength workouts especially. A suggestion would be to put those standing strength workouts into their own playlist (my apologies if you have one already and I hadn't noticed).

    Just finished. This is great for me. All standing. I have prolapsed discs in my neck so struggle with floor work outs.☹ I am just getting back into regular exercise after losing confidence because of my neck issue. I love that the instructions are easy to follow and the prompts and reminders are so on point, its like your watching me! Thank you Lauren😀

    Hi Lauren, i may not be a senior, but I am definitely a beginner, and i find your workouts very enjoyable! I do one almost every morning picking the length of video based on how much time i have. I appreciate how calm you make the videos so im not overwhelmed with music and energy first thing, but rather a concentration on the specific movements. Thanks so much!

    I did this workout today along with my 2 sisters sharing on zoom. I really liked this format and the length of the program. I'm 7 weeks post total knee replacement and was happy to be able to do this workout with modifications.

    absolutely love the hour long work out. I had to do two 30 minutes. I much prefer an entire hour of a balanced workout Way to go! Thank you so much. It does feel like a complete workout. Love it ! More... More... More. Please

    I got 233 active calories recorded on my apple watch for this one. Been following your workout for two months now. 😃 I love them and even slowly gotten rid of the pain on my left wrist and lower back which I've been feeling since last year. It's 95% healed now. I always do the morning stretch, the pilates and the latin dance cardio. 😍

    I loved this workout. My husband did some of the workout with me. He has blocked vessels in his legs so this was awesome for him especially the weights portion.     Thank you so much for all you do Lauren! I love your channel! I like to combine videos to get at least a 45 minute workout, so this longer one is great! I am 68 and very active, in spite of needing new knees. Bicycle riding has been my primary form of exercise for the last 15 years, but my knees can't handle all the miles I used to ride a year. So finding your channel a few months ago has been a big encouragement to me... I love the way you mix up the routines and make them interesting. My arms are getting much stronger using weights in the workouts. And my balance, which I didn't really realize wasn't so great, has improved also. So even though I just ride my bike twice a week now, doing your workouts about 3 times a week really makes me feel better and stronger all over. My knees are happier, so I can keep postponing a knee replacement. And your workouts are really good to prevent osteoporosis. So, thank you, thank you, thank you!!! You're awesome! Keep those videos coming.

    Loving your workouts. I am eighty and have previously had injections in my knees for pain. After doing your workouts for some time now my knees are really good and pain free. It has been a real “ eye opener “ as to the enormous benefits of a little regular exercise can do. Thank You.
