Fab workout, just cannot believe that I am now doing this kind of workout after years of inactivity. Even having a go at planks and press ups!!! Love the variety of your work outs and the facts you don't make crazy promises. Weight loss still minimal but -11cm around the waist makes a huge difference. Thank you

Great workout with compound moves, weighted cardio and abs. Like others, last song was my favorite, made me want to stay and stretch. Can’t say I loved that bill song, however.
That was fun and intense! 🔥The challenging compound moves were my favorite, and the cardio finisher at the end was great! 👍I liked the freestyle dance cooldown between the cardio segment and abs. A fun way to segue between standing heart-pumping cardio and down to the floor for abs. 😁 I got sweaty and had fun with this one! 😅

Monday I did Michelles leg workout. I follow the weekly program but i always grab the leg workout for Mondays. Tuesday I always do the upper body. Today i need a rest! My muscles are screaming, lol so i just walked for 45 minutes and I just saw this workout and I am so psyched to do this tomorrow! People think I’m crazy but I look ahead to see what I am going to do based on how I train and i love finding a full body HIIT for Thursdays. Thanks Michelle. You make exercise so much easier for everyone, those who are just beginning and those who have been training their entire lives, like me. And, it’s hard to challenge me after working out my entire life but you always do!!b
That was a fantastic! I agree with the others challenging and fun. But the flow of the class and the exercises chosen were a huge part of why that class was so good. Not to mention the music I heard so many of my favorite songs. Please Please more like that.
