Maddie you have come such a long way as an instructor. The verbal cues and reminders of form during the workout are the best I have ever heard you do. I have always been loyal to your channel and know that I will in the future. 💖
@MadFit, you have no idea how impactful your workouts routines are to me. Went through childbirth 9 months ago and gained soo much weight. Was feeling down, little motivated, low self stemmed… But in the last couple of months I have been able to exercise consistently and I’m seeing improvements. Your workouts definitely played a huge part in that. When I don’t feel like doing it, I tell myself, let me spend just 10 minutes with Maddie hahaha Please keep up the good work!

I also cut some things like drinking Coke and ice cream, which I used to indulge in constantly. I still have them on occasion as a little treat, but I'm working on it as I know their ingredients are not good for me.

I enjoyed your 15-minute standing abs and arms I never knew how hard it was to be off balance I am this really helps me cuz I am 63 years old and I'm going to have to work out with these more to keep myself in balance I knew I was off balance but this was a challenge for me I did it all the way through thanks for making this UA-cam video exercise I really liked it from Terry
Sometimes you just don't feel like hitting the floor. I so appreciate the amazing variety of workouts that you offer, Maddie, as well as the frequent reminders about breathing and form. Also the encouragement to go slow if that will work best. It often does, for me. Thank you so much for all you do!
