I can barely do 40 heat. Heat gets exponentially difficult so 53 is incredibly hard to do! Well done

40 with merely 80 hours is insane.
40 is good, especially with only 80 hours played. I have over 170h and have only done 32 heat.

Today I finished 100%ing Hades for the second time! In this second save file I got my first win on the 5th run and by the time I had achieved the 100% trophy and had bonded with everyone(poseidon was the last one for me) I had a 75 win streak going.

I was an early adopter for the Steam Deck and I love it to death. It's perfect for indie games or games you'd usually play with a controller anyways (like Hades lmao). Plus you can just emulate all your Switch games or games from any other console up to the PS3 on it. To top it off, you have your entire PC game collection at your fingertips the instant you buy it, not just your Steam library.

Can someone explain what the timer means? It seemed like he ran out of time but he still was able to have the epic finish. Really impressive run to watch! (from a noob)
edit: Nvm after he mentioned it, I rewinded and saw his HP started ticking down after the timer was up
Forced overtime is fun for sure! Once you get comfortable with the game, the first couple levels of ot are easy heat for grinding upgrades.
If you run out od time, I think you start losing 5 hp a second. So he only had 15 more seconds to kill the boss before dying.
I'm not good at this game but one bonus to save time (if I'm correct) on is instead of only shooting the empowered shot at enemies with the blue health buffer, just use the following shots to take away the single instance damage immunities, then go back to using empowered shot
the blue damage resist (whatever its called) is actually one of the heat things he hasn’t turned on, so he can one-shot most enemies in the early stages

can only appear at 20 HEAT and above. Not required for her quest, but can get bonus rewards.
Every floor, randomly disable a total of 5 heat points. Randomize at the end of each floor.

By the way if you're interested in playing games on your TV via streaming and didnt like Steam Link... gibe Moonlight a shot.
Moonlight + Sunshine/GFE only has about 30 milliseconds of delay at 60fps which is actually three times faster than Steam Link. It's also much smoother!
Impressive run! Adamant rail is my favorite weapon and it's how I have my highest heat as well.
Idk if you have ideas for Hades 2 videos this early on, but I'd like to see your thoughts on what God boons you'd want reworked or improved, should said God boons return in Hades 2. For example, do you think Aphrodite boons (weak) need a rework to be better?
I've done 42 heat, but this is so much harder than that, very impressive!

Just tried extreme measures 4 and forced overtime 40%, my vein was about to burst. Hades is too quick.

@@shine9369 oh for sure. They unlock I think after escaping with each weapon. And then certain characters will talk about them to unlock
@@tumultuousv I read on IGN and hades wiki that you have to invest 5 titan blood to be able to get the dialogue for each aspect

So this could be a dumb question but why do you keep dying and using stubborn defiance? What purpose does it serve? I only use death defiance so I want to know if stubborn is better
Because he could't heal due to the second heat condition. The only way to gain health is using stubborn defiance.

When you run out of time with Tight Deadline, you lose 5 health a second. You don't die instantly if that's what you're thinking so why wouldn't it count?

Nope, I have reload rebound to Left Trigger which I recommend for anyone playing with controller.

please do a hestia tutorial. it's god damn hard to only reload cancel and shoot only once.
Reconfigure controls can help. Depends what you're playing on.
There's no reload cancelling. Just shoot once, hit reload button, repeat. I have reload bound to Left Trigger on my controller to help.

How do you fire all shots at once? Did they nerf hestia or something? Im newer at the game lol
It’s the hestia aspect, your first shot after reloading is “empowered” meaning it does more damage. That’s why you see him shoot once and manually reload. It doesn’t fire all shots at once though
Edit: I also thought it fired all shots at once the first time I saw a hestia run since they reloaded after every shot

The timer went to 0 and you won? How?
Timer makes you lose hp when it reaches 0. It's not instant death as you are probably thinking

Is the reload double binded? Or do you actually reload after every shot? What were the key binds used for the run?
With Hestia rail, you reload after every shot because the first shot in every mag is empowered. You *need* that chunk damage.
He rebinds reload to left trigger.

No double bind, just reloading after each shot. I have Reload bound to left trigger on my controller.
