Not Even 105% EVASION can stop Master Sura's 3rd phase...

With this build focusing around Air Arcana I should theoretically have permanent 105% evasion/dodge chance while dealing massive damage with my critical hits...
I guess Master Sura doesn't like the cheese XD

But you can still do it with a maxed venture cape and honing flares as your signature, paired mortal coil.

its been 4 years since ive played this game and its still hard to this day.
evade wont work but i frames will.

I only just found ou that you could even get 100% evade. Should have read the wiki before doing Sura phase 3. He straight up ignores evasion XD (from items).
Anyways was a fun run.

things that are guarenteed evade still works, such as puffy parka

@cerberusismycatit says evade all critical hits which sounds like a guaranteed evade to me, but i guess its just a matter of wording. The result is the same at the end of they day
