It's amazing how this 40 year old song means more today in 2020 than even when it came out in 1980, isn't it?
I was thinking this same thing! These lyrics are timeless.
You know a song is great when you have heard it years ago and it's still revelant and it's still sounds freaking awesome!! Those are deep lyrics and all all along I thought this was about taking cocaine! LOL
I never bothered to look at the lyrics! ✌❤🎶😁
After watching the news today, it was appropriate. I think we are all on a crazy train. Thank God for the Twins.
Truer words were never spoken. Meant a lot back then too.💜🙏🏻☮️
I just said that to my husband!!! The people that subscribe and comment..... this is proof positive we all share so much in common, we can celebrate, engage, connect, agree on what moves us and touches our hearts and souls. People of the world SUBSCRIBE TO TWINS THE NEW TREND!!!✌🏽💜🙏🏻☮️
I still love how you can’t understand a word Ozzy says when he’s talking but his singing is somehow crystal clear lol 😂
I was thinking the same thing 😂😂
I wonder if the twins ever heard him talking. They probably don’t even know he has an English accent, which makes it even harder to understand what the hell he’s saying 😂
its hard i agree lol i can understand 90% the first time but i grew up hearing him because my mom was a rock lover, i was born in 84. plus yrs of being around people with speech needs. his was from drugs and health issues but hes a dang legend in the music world. love it.
I can understand him😂. But at 65 yrs heard lot of Ozzy....but these twins sure have stole my heart!
It's the accent that throws you. He was not born in the USA. But when Britishers sing they SOUND American.
Oddly, when Italian singers sing in English they sound Scots.
Check out Enrico Caruso (very old very famous Opera Baritone) sing "Over There" World War I song in English.
ua-cam.com/video/uIr-FoBW5Xw/v-deo.html
Just to clarify, it’s not the accent. My company’s main office is based in th UK so that’s not an issue. It’s after all the drugs (so accent plus the major slurring)😂...still love him, but Ozzy post drugs speaking is very difficult to follow, but when he sings still very clear...which amazes me lol
Randy Rhoads is the real icon here: one of the greatest guitar players in metal. I saw him play with Ozzy two nights before his death in 1982. I'll never forget that show....Randy is teaching guitar to others from the astral realm now...💕💕💕
Damn skippy
I was thinking about what a shame it is that RR doesn’t get much credit while OO does. He was lost too young.
Yep Randy is one of the all time greats!
Bob Daisley deserves a TON of credit for this and other songs from the two albums the great Randy Rhoads recorded with Ozzy. Daisley,s interviews on YT are very much worth a listen. The lyrics are his, and he helped both Randy and Jake with the music.
Look up videos of Randy Rhoads playing with Ozzy! He is amazing! Many well-known guitarists say they wish they could play like him.
I'm 50 years old and have heard this song a thousand times. I never knew the lyrics...until the Twins.
50 here as well and me too!
A few years younger than you, and same. And I totally forgot about the short bridge section!
Know it word for word.. 52
I seen a 69-year-old Ozzy perform this live 2 years ago and his energy was crazy!
John Green same here..... Saw him at the Woodlands in Houston.... before that? Westafalhalle Dortmund W. Germany December 1984
This song is relevant for the world today. The guitarist was Randy Rhoads. He is gone now. But, for me, he was the guitarist that no one can match. Ozzy's songs are so amazing. Try "Mama I'm coming home"
Have you heard the kids nursery song version of "Enter Sandman"! So cool!!! He has 2 shows with his son. I just love the family dynamic!!!
Randy Rhoads was, without a doubt, the greatest guitarist of all time. If he had not died so young, there would be no dispute. His loss hurts to this day. He was a gift to the world and this song puts it all on display.
Mama needs to be played. Agreed
So sad about Randy. The dude was magic with a guitar. I heard an interview with Ozzy years ago where he talked about them meeting, when Randy was trying out for 'the gig'. Ozzy said that everyone who had auditioned had played Sabbath tunes, licks and leads, then Randy walks in and blows him away with his original stuff. Ozzy loved him immediately and they ended up being legendary together, even though their time was short.
Ozzy's vocals are unmistakably recognizable. An interesting guy who is so full of heart. Not what you expect looking from the outside in.
Back in the day, they thought you were a devil worshiper if you listen to Ozzy.!
Couldn't be farther from the truth
One of my friends had an Ozzy poster in her bedroom, and when the priest came to bless the house, he said “The Devil lives in this room!” and he wouldn’t bless it!
yep, they said that about Ozzy and Black Sabbath, but if they would have bothered to listen to the words... I remember standing in line at concerts and being given flyers telling me how the bad I was going to see was evil... and worshiped the devil.
Yeah I couldn't admit I saw him in concert. I was grilled about him because I had posters and the parents read he bit the head off a bat for Satan Worship. Not true it was a dove that the record company had brought in and released the doves for him. He was extremely drunk.
@@ms.dirtybird7779 no he bit the head off a bat and two doves. They were separate incidents.
@@system3008 I imagine Ozzy wouldn't think of ever biting bats heads off again after knowing the fact Covid-19 started off as a disease carried by bats.
Oh hell yes!! I saw Ozzy in concert in the 80's ....very small venue and he killed it!!! One of my very favorite concerts to date 🎵🎶♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
I have listened to this song thousands of times and this is the first time I've "listened" to the words. Thank you guys!
Me too @Mandi Bakker....bless these young men.
Same! I love it so much more!
True. Be even better if spelled correctly, but yes.
Agreed!
Thank you twins for not only being so open to the music that many of us grew up on but for using music to bring so many people together at this time.
Keep it up!
Mandi Balmer Same!
Man, when I was an 80s teen living in the ghetto, admitting to liking any music other than funk/hip-hop/slow jams was social suicide. I do like those genres, but I didn't tell anyone I also liked this song, or R.E.M., or The Jam, or The Replacements... I'm glad young people don't care these days. Keep rockin', y'all!
hilarious, it was the exact opposite where I was growing up :D
That's a shame! Musical tastes shouldn't be mocked, they should be shared. I used to make mix tapes for friends, and then when PCs came around, I would make mix CDs for people to take on roadtrips. Now it's just a matter of searching a song online and sharing the link. That accessibility has actually broadened my musical tastes and appreciation for all kinds of music.
Out of curiosity, which funk/hip-hop/slow jams were your go-tos?
They should review the 1986 collaboration version of "Walk This Way" with Aerosmith and Run-DMC! Literally broke the 1st wall down between rock and hip-hop. ua-cam.com/video/4B_UYYPb-Gk/v-deo.html
Yay, Replacements! One of my all-time favorite bands.
@@BrokeredHeart I like the 80s stuff, and my mom's 60s and 70s stuff. Rick James, Marvin, Aretha, Public Enemy, Grandmaster Flash, LUTHER. Tony Toni Tone, etc.
But teenagers are going to be teenagers, though, you know? A lot of teens are shallow, judgmental and mean. I imagine they've all gotten over it by now. I would hope so! I got into jazz as a teen, too; I first heard Miles Davis' "Bitches Brew" album when I was 14, and worked my way backwards.
I am literally speechless, love Ozzy, looooove this song, and freaking fell in LOVE with you two!!❤
Watching these 2 young men rock out to Ozzy Osbourne makes my heart so happy. Your openness is a gift that will serve you well as you navigate this crazy world. Rooting for the 2 of you!! Peace from Canada!
One of the greatest guitar riffs of a generation right here.
Randy Rhoads and Ozzy were brillant.
brilliant. Is like a NFL team running out the tunnel. Very perceptive Tim and Fred! Words are so relevant today!!
The guitarist Randy Rhodes was the greatest ever he died in a plane crash at a young age ..
Applicable definitely right now!

I love how the twins really listen to the lyrics-as well as the beats, riffs & vocals. They really engage with the songs fully, and I’m HERE FOR IT!
Possibly the greatest song ever. Thanks for reacting!
I saw the notification and just said "About damn time" :D
Lol ik bro sorry 😭‼️
@@TwinsthenewTrend Hey better late than never. Love you guys.
Everyone has missed you guy's!😄
@@TwinsthenewTrend great pick for tonight! You can never get tired of Ozzy 🤘😝
@@TwinsthenewTrend Please play the Cranberries~Linger. It's my birthday next Tuesday and I'll be 40 😭 But that song holds great teenage memories for me. ❤
Another great rock band to try that has an awesome guitarist is Van Halen “Panama”, “Jump”, “Hot for Teacher”, many songs.
I would like to see the guys react to Eruption.
Hot for Teacher for the video alone. Double stuff to react to!!
And Panama!
Gosh, that's so funny because I hated Van Halen! :-P Still do. Sorry! xo
Or Van Halen's "Ain't talkin Bout Love", "Jamie's Cryin", "you Really Got Me", "Runnin with the devil", "Ice Cream Man" - Rip Eddie, we love ya man, love your music - thanks!!!
RIP Randy, one of the best guitarists to ever live. Facts.
This song is 40 years old and still on point. Don’t allow the media to form your opinions for you.
It's sad how many people miss the point of this song. Glad you noticed it.
You should listened to Lenny Kravitz " Are you Gonna go my way".
Love that song ❤️❤️
I just hopped on here to request Lenny Kravitz's Are You Gonna Go My Way. Glad to see I'm not the only one. To go old school: It's a jam beginning to end!!
Tune 👌
OH YEAH! PLEASE GIVE US LENNY! I AGREE 100%!
A MUST LISTEN!✌❤🎶😁
Yessss! Awesome recommendation!
You’re back!! And with Ozzy. The Prince of Darkness! He’s not really dark in real life. Glad you twins are diggin this jam.
Ozzy put on a helluva show. I saw him live, he blew my mind. One of the best showman ever! I love his message, we all on that crazy train.
Ozzy living legend so awesome love his music &his voice is like no other ever!
LOVE the song, but I can’t be the only one distracted by the horrible spelling in this video 😂😂
Right?!?!
Bruh fr mans said “all abored”
RandyButternubs 365 “At was at that moment, she knew it was all downhill from there” 🤣🤣

Prehacers!?! I almost spit out my water. Inheireted too!😜
I’ve never watched videos on any channel as consistently as I do yours, thanks for being a light for so many in these crazy and dark times!! ❤️❤️❤️
It's funny how metal songs are suddenly hitting everyone in the feels, like their lyrics make the most sense and are applicable to today. I literally just watched a video review on Heaven and Hell (Black Sabbath) and Wasted Years (Iron Maiden) and I'm loving this sudden heavy metal/ hard rock love
Bruce Dickinson is an absolute genius. Iron Maiden was one of my favorite metal bands. I learned more about history from Maiden & Metallica than any classroom. Music transcends all boundaries.❤️
@@stormyeyez742 agreed! I've seen Maiden so many times it's crazy! I've traveled all over the U.S. to their shows. Six of us traveled together to the last two I saw, one at Madison Square Garden and one in Nashville, and we all got matching tats to remember the shows by! LoL 🤘
As a middle aged woman ... I love watching you youngins' getting all up in OUR generations
This is badass🎃 OZZY🤗🤗🤗😳😜🎶 Randy Rhoads was a killer guitarist this was the dawn of modern heavy metal🎧🎧🎶🎸🎸🎸🎸
Randy - lost way to soon!
Randy also boned Sharon a few times.
@@DaviniaHill Hey! Watch it. Randy was a giver.
The bass was intense also. That beat! It rocks!

Tim!! “the Chain” (Fleetwood Mac) For Your Boy!!! ✊🙌
Great great suggestion!!! What about "Tusk"? I didn't like that song first time I heard it but now I live it!
Yes, a MUST.
Julie I do Like Tusk! I love so many Fleetwood Mac songs but figured if I have to pick one and go with it? I’ll go with The Chain. Lol 😎🔥
@@BigPete44 I'd have to agree! Anything off the Rumors album was gold!!!! I can't think of one song I don't like!!!! Second hand news!!! That album was magic!!! I was shocked whenever I saw the interview with Lindsey about everything that was happening during the recording of it!! The breakups and the drugs I figured they did coke just because of the times but you'd have no idea that all the relationships were on the rocks at that time. Did you happen to see that interview?
Pete the only song even close to " the chain". Like on that level would be "Landslide". FLEETWOOD MAC WAS GOLD!!! IM TRYING TO THNK OF ANY SONG I DONT LIKE I KEEP COMING UP WITH A BIG FAT 0!!! LOL I didn't like Tusk like I said the first time but now love it!!!! Can you think of any bombs that did? I can't!!! PURE PERFECTION!!! BEST OF EVERYTHING!!!
I'm glad I sent this. N glad it's still there. I'm proud of myself.
"Bad Ass Solo " made me crack up 😄
Randy Rhoads on guitar 🎸 ONE of the greatest guitarists of all time. Ozzy wrote some amazing lyrics.
Greatest of all time. Imagine what he would have become if his life had not been taken so young.
The bassist wrote the lyrics I think but ozzy did a good melody for it.
Yesterday Phil Collins "In the Air Tonight" came on I thought of y'all!!! I had to pull over pull up your reaction so everyone with me saw it too!! Yes OZZY IS STILL ROCKING!!! HIS VOICE IS STILL AMAZING!!!!! because his speaking voice is so differant!!
Do Phil Collins "I don't care anymore"
Ozzy looks different now with the Pandemic. He stopped coloring his hair and is barely recognizable
Classic music never gets old it gets better.
I’ve had this set for my alarm for about 3 years, haven’t been late to school once since 😂
OZZY OSBOURNE - Mr.Crowley Live 1981
OZZY!!! ❤️❤️👍. I saw him live back in the day, 1981.
Randy Rhoads, the guitarist was so talented. Many musician today still point to him. Unfortunately he died tragically at the age of 25 in a plane crash. He had so much more for us. It devastated Ozzy for a long time. He also played with Quiet Riot, You should check him out in "Cum on Feel the Noize" or "Metal Health".
Love your respectful, intense love for all of the music you hear. Music transcends everything👍☺️
Oh....Ozzy is a frikin legend.. RIP Randy Rhodes.
Ozzy is THE GOD of rock/metal music... love him
I love you guys. Your mama is the one who is the GOAT!!
I agree! You 2 just seem like such wonderful young men. You are bringing so much joy and reliving of memories for so many. Also, having many look at songs they have known forever differently! You are just what 2020 needed!
Caught Ozzy in 82 in El Paso right before his great guitarist Randy Rhodes passed away what a great concert great memories
My girls who are in the wisconsin dells high school band have played this song at football games...the first time i heard the school band perform it, i got goosebumps and my heart melted💕
Super nice Song, wearing my Ozzy Shirt rn 💚🤘
Went and saw Ozzy back in the 80's at Maple Leaf Gardens. I was on someone's shoulders trying to get a picture and Ozzy saw me and came over to the side of the stage snd possed for pictures. It was awesome!!!
You must be Canadian
@@lindaalpp1446 Yes!
I seen Ozzy at Sturgis singing Crazy Train, a few years back, BEST CONCERT EVER!!!
RIP to guitarist, Randy Rhoades, this still gives me chills after almost 40 years. I love how you guys are experiencing all of this. I have been a rocker girl since I was a teen.
Rhoads
"Bad ass solo" 😄
And riff!
His voice can go from angel all the way down. Love it.
Anybody else remember roller skating all the kids hooked up as a “train.”
Good times!
We were all completely mental for this song when it came out.
*Massive Hit*
It was on the rock stations 24/7
I was a punk rocker and went nuts when this song played.
The late, great Randy Rhoads: gone but not forgotten.
Twins, if you don't listen to Miles Davis "Bitches Brew" or John Coltrane's "A Love Supreme", your lessons/growth in musical greatness will forever be incomplete and stunted!
Facts!
TRUE FACTS that's 4 real...😶
WORD.
also, anything off "Straight, No Chaser" by Thelonious Monk.
"Keep on pushing Ozzy!!" Love you two!! 🎶🎶🤩🤩👏👏👏😁💥💥💥💯
One of the best guitarists to walk the planet. RIP Randy, you changed the world...
If this song isn’t on your workout playlist, did you even workout? Haha. My favorite Ozzy song!
Randy Rhodes was an awesome guitarist. The lyrics fit what's going on in the U.S. today
40 years later
He was taken from us too soon!
Rhoads
I love you guys. I am 53 and know you must come from a great family. You have bright futures. I have loved Ozzy since I was a teen. This song came out in 1980. Ozzy has always been a forward thinker/visionary. Listen to some ballads like Mama I'm coming home and Dreamer.
Lyrics by Bob Daisley. Mama I’m coming home lyrics by Lemmy
Yay!!!! I'm glad you reacted and liked the song!!! Ozzy is the GOAT!!!
the NFL did rock it - coming out of the tunnel, aftergame playbacks, sport show themes, that song was on every sports station every where !!!!
Still do
The front line in my son's Marching Band, plays this as one of their stand tunes. It definitely gets everyone pumped!!
Ozzy's lyrics are deep... thanks for sharing 👍 keep our music alive.
OMG with Ozzy's voice and that guitar what's not to love "wow"
Saw him in concert 2 years ago and he’s still got it!!! Legend!
Never listened nor wanted to hear ozzy Osborne but you had me do it somehow lol. Sounds good too crazy, train.
This was the first rock song I shared with my 3 year old grandson....He LOVED it, so glad my boys did too.
There's a reason that the guitar solo sounds soooo good ... Welcome to a guitarist Named Randy Rhoads. Anything he touches is Golden, Anything Randy Played was GOLD. Ozzy surely misses Randy who died on a plane crash back in 1984-1985 before he had a chance to show the world everything he would have been.... Randy Randy Randy
I clicked in so fast!! If u like Ozzy, try Mama I'm coming home! Beautiful slowjam 😉 we missed you guys! Be safe and greetings from Sweden ❤
They reacted to it about 9 months ago ua-cam.com/video/skXvEVvmfsY/v-deo.html
React to “Rapture” by Blondie. First pop act to successfully incorporate rap into the song. #1 on Billboard pop chart in 1981. Also Fab Five Freddy makes a cameo in the music video!
I’ve always been interested in that song and recently went back and watched the original video. I’m going to have to learn more about Fab Five Freddy, but what really struck me in the video were the visual references to Vodun religion. The guy in the top hat could be a reference to Baron Samedi and there are several women all in white dancing, and they look like Vodun worshippers. Then again, I teach anthropology of religion, so I may be overthinking!
Angela Glaros this is what Wikipedia states-
“Set in the East Village section of Manhattan, the "Man from Mars" or "voodoo god" (dancer William Barnes in the white suit and top hat) is the introductory and central figure.”
If you wanna hear about the back story of Blondie and Fab Five, watch the first season of Hip Hop Evolution on Netflix. It's a very good docuseries. I don't remember which episode off the top of my head. A good story of how Hip Hop, pop culture, and mainstream rubbed shoulders in the Hip Hop's early days.
Adam Usher thanks so much! I’ll have to check it out. 🙂
Basquiat (sp?) also shows up in that video. He's the one in the white suit and top hat, iirc.
The Godfather of Metal. Legendary artist. Much ❤️ Ozzy.
I used to listen to this song as I was falling asleep in my rack while deployed on the submarine. RR on guitar was a brilliant musician and Ozzy was devastated when RR was killed. RIP RR. I wore out a few tapes in my cassette player in the 4 years onboard. Then War Pigs became my forest fire deployment song that I had on a single cassette.
If you love Ozzy Osbourne then you're definitely going to love AC/DC
I think they've already checked out AC/DC 👍
👍
For an experience with a rock ballad that completely changes to a different song 7 minutes in - yes it is long but good - you should check out Guns N’ Roses “November Rain”. Or if you want to start with a shorter song of theirs, try “Welcome to the Jungle”. You will like them, at least I hope you do 😊
Welcome To The Jungle definitely holds up. A banger for the ages.
Yessss, I would love either of those...both would be even better! 😍 I think they’d appreciate the story of November Rain if they watched the actual video also, they seem to be in tune with the storytelling of the videos which is awesome.
They’ve tried Guns N Roses but it gets blocked. 😡
I think they said that they’ve tried to react to G n’ R but copywriting is blocking them. 😡
For some reason, they can't listen to Guns and Roses...so sad
Im so glad to see you react to this song! Super awesome doesn't even begin to describe Crazy Train...worth a download!
These guys have a clear appreciation for all types of music. Which is awesome
Randy Rhoads baby. Probably the most influential guitarist ever in the shortest amount of time!
This was him solo after he got fired from Black Sabbath in '79.
Peak Randy Rhoads on guitar. That train-chugging riff, man--just exploded out of the radio.
Some of the best guitar playing ever.
Wow, it makes me feel old, but there was no social media like you guys know back in 1980's, when this came out. You guys are awesome!

Another classic. People who don't know are always caught off-guard by how great the lyrics are.
Give "Cannonball" by The Breeders a try if you're into sick basslines.
Crazy Train was the theme of reality show The Osbournes that Ozzy and his family had in 2002-2005. The second riff reminds me of Alice Cooper's riff in Poison.
Poison came out in 1989, years after Crazy Train
Yes it did, 9 years after. I didn't suggest Ozzy had taken influences from Cooper but vice versa.
They used the Pat Boone version for the show.
Ozzy Osborne, pretty Cool!! Thank you Tim and Fred, for a slice of back in the day!!! Joan ❤❤❤ and Keith
