I struggled with self deprecating thoughts and depression so severe, I fantasized about not being in this world anymore. Absolutely killer HIIT! Not only were my legs jelly after this one, I burned 450 cals! (Even though I had to switch to the no-jump modifications for most of the exercises). Thank you so much Heather!🙌💪❤️

Today should have been called Squat-a-thon! Yowzers. Loved it! I am struggling with not knowing which weight to use for each exercise. I couldn't tell the difference between your 15 and 25.
That was amazing! I'm getting so much stronger! I have grumpy knees which would give out at the beginning of the challenge whenever I did squats or lunges so I would have to switch it up to do something else but now, by Day 12, they hardly ever give out! And when they do they give me a warning which they didn't do before so I don't actually hurt myself! I still do the low impact versions of hops, etc but my goal by week 12 is to be jumping here, there and everywhere! Thanks so much Heather!!
I thought a HIIT legs day?? Nah, it’ll be mostly low cardio and all weights. I was dead wrong!! Never underestimate Heather Robertson! 😳 I used my functional training setting because like I said, it couldn’t possibly be a HIIT 😂 My AHR was 164 bpm! 319 calories. I am so done today!
You weren´t kidding when you said "killer"... OMG! This is the first day of #HR12WEEK that I actually had to press the pause botton a couple times... but I just finished and is so fullfilling when you make it to the cool down, that feeling of acomplishment makes me feel strong and powerful... thank you for another amazing workout... see you tomorrow!!!
I am commenting 3 days after this workout, it was a good workout. After the first circuit and I was having to dig deep to carry on to finish. 3 days later and I still have sore thigh from this. I consider myself on the fitter side to most. I am amazed. KILLER was the right word to title this.

Loved this S&C for lower body! Sweat was pouring! Went heavy on the weighted moves and loved the cardio "breaks." Felt great!
