I love this no repeats workout because in my mind, I say to myself: "Just once, complete this exercise ONCE, and then, there comes a different one" ... And the time flies!
This was my favorite work out of this series so far. It was balanced enough that I was able to challenge myself with more weight for some exercises and complex enough to also be relaxing in that it pulled my whole mental focus. A great stress reliever. The bike locks kicked my butt though. That was a burn I had to catch my breath from for a moment. If you are taking requests, I vote for more no-repeats. Thanks!
I´ve noticed that this program just keeps getting better and the focus is really on strength, which is, speaking for myself, something I needed. I see that, no matter how long I am following your workouts, there are some exercises I can barely do and feel it as very hard. I am sure this one will help me to improve the strength. I totally agree! I used to solely run (long distances) and I'm in so much better shape following Heather. I love the added strength build in the 2.0. I look and feel better than I did just running and my metabolism is much improved!
The program is definitely getting better and better as well as progressively harder. This is my first time trying Heather and I wasn’t super jazzed the first month, but I am really liking month 2. I’m glad I stuck with the program because I am really enjoying it now!

It has been an incredible 5 weeks. Thanks for making me stronger and for making me believe in myself. When I started wk1 I started with 6 kgs and 10 kg dumbbells and I used to use both based on the exercise..today I didn't touch the 6...I finished all the workouts with my 10 and I am feeling so stronger. Carrying a 10.kg plate overhead and walking those lunges , whoa I never would have thought I would do that.. It's all thanks to Heather and your program. This was SO great! I love the changing formats for all that they are: HIIT, circuits, etc but on No Repeats like others have said, it's an opportunity to really challenge myself to go harder or to lift heavier. I really did that today and am SORE for it...haha. How many times and ways can I say thank you Heather! I thank God for you!

I've been doing these videos since Covid started. Thank you. This is the channel I always come back to. It occurred to me while doing this video that it would be very helpful to know the weight you're using during strength training. By knowing your weight, I can adjust more quickly to which weights I should use. Sometimes it's hard to gauge if I should go for the 12s or 10s, 8s or 10s etc until the end of a move and then I realize I should've been up higher because I didn't feel enough of a burn. Vice-versa, sometimes I can't finish a move cause they were too high and then I miss out on reps or have to stop and rewind. I think the 20 second pauses would transition more smoothly knowing which weight to use faster.
I was so tempted to forego this workout today but I am glad I didn't. I loved the variations in this workout. Thoroughly enjoyed. Looking forward to next week.

I’m not usually a fan of total body strength because I find some of the compound movements awkward, but I absolutely loved this one! Definitely saving this as a favorite for after I’m done the 12 weeks!
