Week 12 is killer!! This is my second round of the 12 week program! Yep tomorrow will be 24 straight weeks, not one workout missed. I cannot tell you how absolutely amazing i feel! I've always been an active person, ate healthy, but i constantly battled 15 pounds up, 15 down, with this program my body has lost 8 pounds, lost inches, and i feel stronger than i ever have. I can actually see some definition in my stomach, and i don't even recognize my legs in the mirror, they are so much more toned and strong! this program is life changing, i have never felt better, and i finally feel in control of my weight! THANK YOU!!!
Thank you for this update. I finish round one tomorrow and start the second round on Wednesday. It's encouraging to read that doing the second round was really beneficial!
I am now in round 2 as well, just finished this workout and I can’t believe how I possibly did it the first time around 😂😩. Gotta admit o added some extra weights to add to an already killer sweat sesh 🥵 but it was all worth it
After tomorrow, my twin and I will have finished 48 weeks straight of this program! We love it and keep coming back for more. We hold each other accountable and check in with each other each day to make sure it gets done. Each time we restart we typically add some weights to the first week where we can. After week 12, week 1 is heaven! :) We will be starting all over again on MONDAY! :)

My wife and I have successfully completed the challenge! Since it was impossible to practice every week 5 days a week, it took us 9 months (instead of 3). The benefit was still very regular work-out and many lessons we did three times or more. We really appreciate your dedication and hard work, putting all this together! It brought us closer and made us in the midst of Corona - very fit! Many thanks!!! I did use sometimes some foul language though - though the gratitude afterwards was far greater:))!!!!

Oh my goodness, I had to pause to take breaths in between! This was difficult. I had to drop my weights for the lunge jumps half way through each interval. Heather makes it look so easy!
I've been doing this program low impact with modifications. There were days when it was daunting & I almost threw in the towel. Love Heather & she is my fav trainer on UA-cam, but I cussed at her a handful of times. I never missed a day and continued to push through. To everyone that showed up for yourself, CONGRATS! Just one more day.....

Back from a much needed break..W12D4 done & I never want to do it again 🤣 I'm so happy I could cry! 🙌🏻 I came across this one in our calendar workouts at the beginning of the year & couldn't complete it due to health issues. I finally did the whole damn thing. In my opinion...its definitely the worst one of the whole 12 week 🙈 Only one workout left 🎊 and one day in the year left 😳 I might even do it today 😅

Leg day work (day 4 week 12) of Heathers program is backbreaking. During the performance of exercises was tough, towards the end was the toughest ("Jump Lunge"), unbearable severe. I felt the little beads of sweat on my forehead, lots and lots of drops of sweat.😅🏊 BUT after Lower Body HIIT I feel an inexpressible easy and joy😊 for a long time. It’s been a few years now since I started working out and I’ve tried many different UA-cam channel for my workout routine and I have to say this channel has given me the best results ever!!! For the first time in my entire life I’m able to do real pushups! My body is super toned, I feel strong, healthy and confident. woah. My legs were still sore from previous workouts and I really struggled through this one. My legs felt rock hard and soo shaky. What a killer combo!
Finished the 12 week programme on Friday (I loved it) and started the monthly workout programme yesterday. Didn't realise I would be returning to this killer leg workout so soon!! I’ve done this workout once every week or even every couple of weeks (along with different workouts), and I want to let people know that it gets better the more that you do it. If you need some time to catch your breath in between, take it-I wanted to stop with the jump squat double pulse but I realized that I only had a few more seconds and I can make it through.. same thing with tick tock lunges and jump lunges, and paused to catch my breath when I needed it. I was so overwhelmed this morning and what helped was knowing that I will feel better afterwards and that I can pause in between if I feel like my form is giving out. I don’t lift as heavy as Heather here nor am I as quick as her but every time I get through this one with modifications, I always feel strong and like I can conquer the rest of the day. Thank you, Heather, for challenging us and reminding us that we’re strong and that we can get stronger ☺️

Had a hard time believing that home 30 min work outs would make any difference.. this series changed my mind completely. With minimum equipment, lots of discipline and your routines I did not interrupt my exercises with this pandemic. Thanks!
My legs will definitely feel this tomorrow. So happy I was able to complete this with adjustments on the jump lunges my knees cannot handle it so I did regular lunges instead. One more day to go!!! Thinking of starting over from week one again
Just finished this session and it is the TOUGHEST lower body HIIT after halftime I took short pauses n my legs r shaking n the JUMPING LUNGES WITH WEIGHTS is killer 👍 awaiting for finale session

Forgot how brutal this leg workout is....my legs are hurting. Made just a few modifications to avoid the jumping, but worked in my hamstrings (with moves I learned from you of course). Thank you Heather!
I definitely took longer breaks than we were alotted. I was terrified of the weighted jumping lunges, so I switched from heavy to light weights and I accomplished it! YAY! My legs are definitely wobbly!
Very hard workout. I really wanted to give up especially during those plyometric moves. Thank you Heather!! My motivation and drive has changed for the better because of your workouts.
Wk12 almost over! Legs🔥🔥Had to substitute split squat med ball with a low stool because ...stamina! Can't believe I have come this far! Even on my very low days, these workouts gave me something to smile (and sometimes complain! ) about. Thanks so much Heather 💜 💜
Hello everyone! I started with week 1 day 1 last summer (2020)!! I just finished today the entire program, and feel amazing! I had to skip around a bit because I got injured at work (lower back strain). That being said, I soldiered on with modifications and of course, as Heather says...listening to my body. Wk12 D4 Done! It is a killer leg day and I’m so tired i work 11 hrs. Today and on my feet the whole time and going up and down the 3 steps stairs is a killer too. I didn’t do much on the front and back lunges it hurt my knees especially the front lunges. Over all its an awesome workout. Thank you so much HR for making a difference in my life and to all you’ve help improve their health. One mor day to go!!!
Killer leg day...OMG!!!! I was dying on the first round never mind 3 times around. I pushed through with a lot of "Are you serious, Heather, This is F'n crazy leg day alright" My legs a screaming where's the rest station and were not even to the half way point. This is my first time commenting since starting the program. I've usually been too tired post workout to even type, LOL! Those lunge jumps never get easy, but I appreciated them anyway. Modifications still made this a super soaker sweat! I can't believe tomorrow is the last day...
This is the best leg workout I've ever done. My husband and I were both dripping with sweat. Having done this one before, I know how my legs will be feeling the next few days... Thank you so much, Heather!
Back after completing HR12WEEK 3.0 to see how this last week of 1.0 compares. This workout absolutely kicked my butt, so much so that my dog even noticed. I'm writing this the day after completing and can say glute and quad areas are feeling it.
My love for Heather flew out the window with this one. I'm convinced Heather never loved us, she wanted to make sure she kills us dead by the time we finish this programme. Well got thru this one with modifications of cause 😅😅😅❤️❤️
Hahah yeah, I had to modify the break times (made it a little longer than 15 seconds so that I could catch my breath) so that I could lift a little heavier than before when I tried to keep up with the timing, varying it from 12 lbs to 24 lbs in exercises with weights! This is probably my 7th time doing this, I felt like I could work harder and more efficiently with a longer break in between.
Whoa! I haven’t been sore from a workout in a while. I just did this craziness this morning and my legs are already sore before bed here tonight! Thanks for always challenging me! I am so grateful to have been working out with you since before all the shutdowns. You are such a blessing to this mom of 5, preparing me physically and mentally each morning to take on my own little world here in my home. ❤️
Hello from India. Thank you Heather for such amazing 12 weeks. I feel stronger and have more endurance now.I love the workouts, though the starfish and sumo squat jumps are absolute killers for me. I am getting better with "push ups" but not totally there yet. I feel stronger and leaner now. I still have a lot to do for my abs 😩. I have never stuck with a workout routine, until this one. Today just about killed me, and the stairs have been brutal after the workout this morning. And yet, I love these workouts! I cannot believe tomorrow is my last day, at least until I start the 12 weeks again. I just received the November 2020 calendar, and am looking forward to trying some of the other videos. I will be back to do another 12 weeks of this series again.

I DREAD the jump lunge and the jump squat pulses! I can only do those jump lunges with 3-6 lbs in each hand, not 10 lbs like what she had used

This is my first time commenting since starting the program. I've usually been too tired post workout to even type, LOL! Those lunge jumps never get easy, but I appreciated them anyway. Modifications still made this a super soaker sweat! I can't believe tomorrow is the last day...
This is the best leg workout I've ever done. My husband and I were both dripping with sweat. Having done this one before, I know how my legs will be feeling the next few days... Thank you so much, Heather!
Back after completing HR12WEEK 3.0 to see how this last week of 1.0 compares. This workout absolutely kicked my butt, so much so that my dog even noticed. I'm writing this the day after completing and can say glute and quad areas are feeling it.
AND...back again after completing 4.0. This workout once again kicked my...quads. They are very sore the day after. Those jump lunges are killer!
My love for Heather flew out the window with this one. I'm convinced Heather never loved us, she wanted to make sure she kills us dead by the time we finish this programme. Well got thru this one with modifications of cause 😅😅😅❤️❤️
Hahah yeah, I had to modify the break times (made it a little longer than 15 seconds so that I could catch my breath) so that I could lift a little heavier than before when I tried to keep up with the timing, varying it from 12 lbs to 24 lbs in exercises with weights! This is probably my 7th time doing this, I felt like I could work harder and more efficiently with a longer break in between.
My legs are shaking!! Love leg day. Thanks for helping me these last 12 weeks in so many ways!
Oh my gosh I hate lunges so much. Not so proud of myself for choosing this workout for leg day, but am proud of myself for completing it 😓👍

Whoa! I haven’t been sore from a workout in a while. I just did this craziness this morning and my legs are already sore before bed here tonight! Thanks for always challenging me! I am so grateful to have been working out with you since before all the shutdowns. You are such a blessing to this mom of 5, preparing me physically and mentally each morning to take on my own little world here in my home. ❤️
Hello from India. Thank you Heather for such amazing 12 weeks. I feel stronger and have more endurance now.I love the workouts, though the starfish and sumo squat jumps are absolute killers for me. I am getting better with "push ups" but not totally there yet. I feel stronger and leaner now. I still have a lot to do for my abs 😩.

wow, I am disappointed that I struggled so much in that one at this stage of the program. Circuit 1 killed me. That was tough but I still enjoyed it
I have never stuck with a workout routine, until this one. Today just about killed me, and the stairs have been brutal after the workout this morning. And yet, I love these workouts! I cannot believe tomorrow is my last day, at least until I start the 12 weeks again. I just received the November 2020 calendar, and am looking forward to trying some of the other videos. I will be back to do another 12 weeks of this series again.

Upped my weights for this one. WHEW. Thank you, Heather! I've done 3.0, 4.0, circled back around to 1.0, and am excited to finish tomorrow and take on 2.0!
All the lunge type moves really tested my knees. Took my time and modified where I had to. Great workout. Tomorrow is the last day for round 2!
OmG, this has got to be one of the best leg focused exercises I've ever done. I loved it bc it's the perfect combination of hiit and strength, one day after and I feel all soared but in a good way. Thank you Heather, love to all ✌🏽❤️

This the toughest leg workout on Heather's channel. Still cannot do it 100%, even though I've been working out with Heather for half a year
