The thing is light heavy or medium is completely subjective to the individual. Just challenge yourself. If deadlifting 20 lbs is heavy for you then thats your heavy weight. Focus on progressive overload. Make the workout your own. Just make sure every exercise is done with proper form. If your form is off then you just go lighter on the weights, etc.
Yes I agree with you ! Just a simple indication to guide us. We of course keep in mind that is subjective and that we have to follow our sensations and listen to our body !

Modification request: Love all of your workouts, and really appreciate the modifications for my knees. Could you please modify the stand ups in the future? I have tried for years and my knees absolutely cannot do this. In the past I've done Donkey Kicks. Today I just did a squat. I have used a pillow, but that's not what hurts - it's the actual getting up and down. I also struggle with lunges.

Today was amazing workout and the most wonderfull part of it was that i did it with my mum. She tried her best, she is 65 years young and I am so pround of her effort and willingness to become a better version of herself. Day 9 complete. I took a few days off and got some functional fitness shoveling snow! I liked this workout and have the idea that these workouts prepared me for real life strength!
Heather thanks x infinity for your amazing workouts. I've been doing your workouts for 2 years and this is my 2nd round of your 12 wk 2.0 program. I ❤️ this workout! The only difficulty I had was finding it hard to put down 1 set of weights from one exercise and then pick a different set for the next, all in 10 seconds. I use a variety of different weights and I kept missing the start of the next movement. 15 seconds would have been perfect I think. No big deal. I still loved this one!
The Stand Up & Drive exercise was kinda confusing for me so I was doing a Fire hydrant & Kickback with band Right and then Left if anyone needs a substitute :) Loved this workout after being sick for a few days. I felt very much alive . Thank you Heather 🙏

Just finished this workout, I found that there was too little time between sets to rest and get into position. Even 5 more seconds would have been really nice. This didn't stop me from giving you a THUMBS UP!!
I just wanted to stop by and say that I am really enjoying this challenge. The first time I did the 12 week challenge 1.0 I really enjoyed it and saw tremendous results. This time around I love the fact that you included low impact modifications as last year I suffered a pretty bad knee injury and this works great for me. You are a beast! Im feeling the burn today and im all sweaty! Thank you for your videos! I struggled eith the one deadlifts because I struggle with balance. But still did a few reps slowly without weight.. Grateful 🙏
Epic sweat sesh. Those 10 second breaks ramped up the intensity 🔥 Managed to use my 45lb weight for the deadlifts! Hope I can still move tomorrow for the next workout!
I’ve upped to a total of 60lbs for deadlifts. And to think when I started working out about a year and half ago I only owned a pair of fives. Lol. Great job everyone!!

Last week I did this with 7,5 kg and I had muscle stiffness for 4 days!! Today I did it with 10 kg and I guess it's gonna last a whole week but I love the feeling after doing this! Thank you so much 🙏

Really enjoying this program so far! I like the variety of moves! Like a number of others have said, the 10 seconds between exercises isn't enough time for some of the transitions. It would be great if those were a little more realistic next time you make a huge program. Especially when going from standing to lying down and vice versa.
Calender done.Legs is never my favourite but if it's there it must be done.Used my 12.5kgs and 10kgs except on the one leg airplane I dropped to 7,5kg.Thanks Heather!!!
I've only got kettlebells so needed to adapt slightly but this was a very effective workout - I used single kettlebells, one 16KG and one 20KG. Thanks Heather and yep felt the burn!
Another amazing workout. That "pirate" move in the cooldown where you pull one leg back.... SERIOUSLY!?! I can barely stand on TWO legs after this workout let alone one :) You're a machine... thanks!!!!!!
I felt the burn! I did the entire workout without modification except round 2 of stand up knee drives I dropped the weight since it hurt my lower back injury. It was a great workout

My knee is hurt from the unilateral leg day. So I made a lot of modifications and didn't use weight. I have done knee pain UA-cam shorts that helped a little. Hopefully it heals soon so I can get more into the workouts.

Last week I did this with 7,5 kg and I had muscle stiffness for 4 days!! Today I did it with 10 kg and I guess it's gonna last a whole week but I love the feeling after doing this! Thank you so much 🙏

Like a number of others have said, the 10 seconds between exercises isn't enough time for some of the transitions. It would be great if those were a little more realistic next time you make a huge program. Especially when going from standing to lying down and vice versa.

Calender done.Legs is never my favourite but if it's there it must be done.Used my 12.5kgs and 10kgs except on the one leg airplane I dropped to 7,5kg.Thanks Heather!!!
I've only got kettlebells so needed to adapt slightly but this was a very effective workout - I used single kettlebells, one 16KG and one 20KG. Thanks Heather and yep felt the burn!

Another amazing workout. That "pirate" move in the cooldown where you pull one leg back.... SERIOUSLY!?! I can barely stand on TWO legs after this workout let alone one :) You're a machine... thanks!!!!!!
I felt the burn! I did the entire workout without modification except round 2 of stand up knee drives I dropped the weight since it hurt my lower back injury. It was a great workout

My knee is hurt from the unilateral leg day. So I made a lot of modifications and didn't use weight. I have done knee pain UA-cam shorts that helped a little. Hopefully it heals soon so I can get more into the workouts.
