💪❤💪***50***💪❤💪 Today marks the 50th time I've done this workout; I do it every Saturday. It's been over a year with vacations and a round of covid but here I am. Week 3! Day 11HR12weeks program! I’m feeling great feeling more stronger then before so I’m looking forward for this week. 💪 thank u heather you are such a motivating person and loved that.
This is very similar to Day 3 Upper Body Pull. I kept having this feeling of Deja Vu while performing the moves. But it's a great workout anyway. Thanks Heather!
Yes, she only had to film a move once, and then she can build workouts. But she's mixing up the orders, adding/subtracting moves, and using shorter/longer intervals, all in a really fitness-intelligent way to keep things fresh! Also she can change the music. No dialogue makes it possible. Pretty brilliant. It's an enormous amount of content to make 60 full-length workouts over just twelve weeks. So smart, and I'm really thankful that she's doing it!
Same here. It actually gives me more confidence increasing my weights since I've seen and done the exercise. I'm definitely seeing more muscle definition 💪
As someone with a weaker upper body, I don't always look forward to workouts focusing on the upper body, but this one was perfect!! Loved the structure, it went by so quickly, loved it ❤
Hi Payal! What weights did you use? Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with 1 lb (half kg) dumbbells but could not even finish circuit 1 as my arms just gave up! 😟 I wish I could be strong and muscular as all the women here!
@@rupinjeremiah9589 Hi! I own 3 sets of dumbbells- 1kg, 3kg, and 7.5kgs, and I alrernated between them depending on the exercise. For bicep and tricep moves like curls or extensions, I stick to the 3kgs. For shoulder moves like lateral raises I go down to the 1kg, and for back and chest moves I prefer the 7.5- and some days I stick to the 1kg throughout- it's all about modifying according to what you feel like you can do on that given day! That being said, when I started I could barely complete a set with 2.5kgs (the lowest weight offered at my then gym), so the best advice to be taken away is to not compare yourself with anyone else, and listen to your body, take your time, take your pauses (or even just do a small part of the workout, I have done half videos plenty of times on days when I wasn't feeling it). It's all about showing up and taking it little by little and being patient and listening to your body! All the best on your fitness journey, let's get better together! Apologies for the long reply, haha, but when I started I really fell victim to comparing myself to others and I really wouldn't recommend it 😅 hope this helped!
@@payal7136 Hi! Thank you very much for your encouragement and guidance! I feel very low in confidence and self worth. You are so powerful, it's really amazing! I have never been in a gym so I bought 1 lb (0.5 kg) dumbbells and exercise at home. Just the circuit 1 was brutal! I stopped midway through the second round of circuit 1 as my arms just could not take it anymore :( It is really very weak :( I don't know if I should try again but without any weights at all? I know I shouldn't compare but I could not help it when I read about such strong and muscular women here. I really want to be strong and empowered!

Better than Peloton. I used to love Peloton, but it’s found myself mentally fatigued listening to the non-stop chatter from the instructor, trying to filter out the instructions. Amazing workouts! Not long started and can't do it every day but I'm on day 10 and feel stronger already. Thanks Heather for making this available to me even in Scotland, UK :)
I’ve been doing Heathers workouts for about 5 months now and I swear scapular squeezes still make me want to cry 😂 I haven’t been able to progress with weights at all (even though pretty much every other move I’ve got stronger in!) Anybody else?
Saaaaaaaaame.. I was at 3lbs (felt like 29lbs) but have moved up to 5lbs (feels like 89lbs) this time around. I know for me, it's because I never properly engaged that muscle when I was working out, so it was beyond weak, it was neglected and angry with me, haha. It took me some time to even learn to squeeze that muscle, but once I started doing that and holding at that squeeze for at least 2s, it's become less angry but there's a long way to go. Good luck! KILL WEEK 3!!
I LOVED those preacher curls! By the squat curl I was shaking… I had to put down my new 15# and go back to 10# and then down to one weight! 🥴💪🏼also really enjoyed the music today thanks!
Hi Heather, I can't thank you enough for how my body is shaping up and the above all my stamina & strength has increased tremendously... I have been following your videos for over a year now and I do not follow anyone else's videos since then 🙂... Loads of love and wishes to you 💞
I'm sorry Heather I ticked thumbs down just to draw your attention on the fact that we can't know anymore the weights you're using for our reference. In circuit 1, it is obvious that hammer curls and biceps burnout are not done with the same weights but we don't see any weights change on the video. Please put the dumbbells in order of weight in the lower left of the screen, - like you were doing before -, of tell us in the description L=5lbs M=10lbs H=15lbs and then add the letter L M or H on screen.
Day 11 ✅!! Ready for Week 3 💪🏼!! Went up in weight today, so I am definitely feeling the PUMP and feeling STRONGER!!🔥 I love this program ♥️! Thank you!!
Day 11 is in the books! After a couple of rest days on the weekend, I tried to challenge myself with some 20's on a couple of those. Hands are literally shaking...Heather!!! Thanks dear one :)
Wow the 2nd round of those preacher curls and reverse flys were tough. 🥵 I loved the plank rows and press though. 👏🏻 Thanks for another great workout!🙏🏻
This is my FAVORITE workout! 4 months ago I decided I needed to work on my "bingo" arms. I've been doing this workout every Saturday since. I'm a lot stronger and more defined. Worth noting: when I started my heavy weight was 12lb. I got to "Preacher curls" and I could not lift the 12s. I could not even hold my form with 8lb. Now I'm following you move for move for the whole workout and I'm up to 15lb on Preacher Curls.. some moves 20/25lb. During the "R" preacher curl you stare into the camera and into my SOUL demanding me to use better form :) Thanks for an awesome workout!
💯💯💯 So, never sure if this emoji means 100% or just 100 but either way.. TODAY IT MEANS BOTH!!! I have been doing this workout every Saturday I'm home since 2020! 💯💯💯 Today marks the 100th time of doing this workout!! 💯💯💯 Skipping for vacations, covid and a seven month outage due to a torn rotator cuff and the surgery recovery. Over the years I grew all kinds of strength and with this constant of every Saturday I could measure my increase of weights/strength. This was especially true during my recovery from surgery. When I stared up again, I was at about 20% of where I left off. However after 8 months I'm up to about 80%!!! Cutting back on weight or reps but always keeping the form. BTW. I HIGHTLY recommend this workout for anyone with rotator cuff issues. This hits every aspect of movement that I went through during months of physical therapy. AWESOME!!! Thank You Heather for this great workout!! 💯💯💯
I struggled through this one this morning. No fault of Heather’s. I need to take her advice and rest up properly so I have more energy. Somehow though she always structures a workout that leaves you feeling better than when you began. And that last move!
Someone else mentioned feeling sluggish so I'm glad to not be alone. It's SAD time here in Idaho - so little sun so these workouts are helping! Thank you again Heather 🙂
It is similar, but not the same! By repeating exercises each week we are activating muscle memory so not only do we build strength and endurance we also improve our movement efficiency! 💪🏻🔥
Loving the workouts Heather - I don't know how you do all this free of charge. You're amazing. I was wondering if I should be increasing the weights. I completed your first 12-week program - and bought and used your recipe download - and saw real progress (as in some definition) but the same weights are feeling light now. I don't want bulk though. Just lean definition. Also, wondering why these are longer (45 mins )? Would it be possible to get the same result in 25-30 mins which is often all I have. Thanks again for all these great workouts!
Ladies, if you want lasting lifetime results join Heather's workout. I'm a personal trainer and her workout challenged me. Put in the work, stop opting for cosmetic surgery.
This one was by far the best workout in this series. Loved it, went by so quickly, love strenght training and burnt 323 calories ..... Hope for more like this one :)
Hi Andreja! Is this lesson for men also? I am a man and I started this lesson but it was so difficult 😞I could only manage with 1 lb (half kg) dumbbells but my arms just gave up and I stopped at around the 17 minutes mark😟I wish I can be strong, muscular, and empowered!
My left arm is total "owa!" and I had to change the weights down for some of the exercises. Curse of being too right-handed I guess. Fantastic workouts. Than you Heather.
Question: How are you supposed to do the preacher curls? I've been able to do every exercise so far with correct form but something about the preacher curls doesn't feel right when I do them so I've been substituting with bicep curls. When I've tried to google the correct form for them a completely different exercise comes up. Is there any advice or tutorial where I can learn how to have correct form for that move? Thank you, I've been enjoying this program so far!
I like the shorter rest periods (hoping they get shorter as the weeks go on 🤞) . My biceps were definitely feeling it, as was my lower back. Great cool down as always. Thanks, Heather!
So today marks the 25th time I've done this workout; I do it every Saturday. At first I could not keep up with you using my 12lb "heavy weight". After a few times, I settled on lesser weights to match all your moves with proper form...and increased weight as I grew stronger. Here's my current settings: Bicep Rotation - 15 Hammer Curls - 15 Bicep Burnout - 8 Single Arm Row - 25 Pull overs - 25 Alt Curls - 15 Neg Bicep Curls - 15 Ninja Hop + Curl - 15 Scap Squeeze - 8 Rear Fly - 10 Preacher Curl - 15 Squat + Curl - 15 Underhand Row - 20 Plank Row Press - 12 (first time at this weight - up from 10lb!!) Fun fact, I have been doing "Super-----" (human, V-Squeeze, etc) for years and doing it wrong. I learned from watching you how to do this correctly and it makes a huge difference. Thanks again!
Heather where can I purchase That Matt? Please let me know when you have a moment thank you I really want it! I love the marble and it looks pretty sick I’m hoping? Thank you Sylvia
I wish two upper body videos per week were replaced with one, and another HIIT/cardio or core workout is added instead. I don’t need to train my upper body that much; the abs and mid-part is what I’m more concerned about 😌 I love this workout otherwise
Great start to the week - Day 11 is done and feeling good - love the plank row and press with the hammer curls my favs - Thank you always and have a great day till the next one!

Merci beaucoup pour vos vidéos, je pratique plusieurs fois par semaine toujours avec plaisir. Votre présentation et vos explications sont très claires, la musique agréable , c'est parfait, merci mille fois de me guider, Anne (France)
I would like this kind of workout more if it had less bicep isolation. It is such a tiny muscle. I dont think that a person need more than 1 or 2 sets of bicep work

Love the workouts! I physically see the difference in my body and I’m also enjoying a full nights rest!
Nothin’ like starting the day with an early-morning workout from Heather! 💪🔥💯
Someone else mentioned feeling sluggish so I'm glad to not be alone. It's SAD time here in Idaho - so little sun so these workouts are helping! Thank you again Heather 🙂
This is my favorite upper body workout so far because it does not include triceps push ups 🤣🤣. Thank you Heather I feel much stronger this week 💛💪
Day 11 complete and feeling strong! Blessings to Heather and all who do her workouts!
Another great back&bicep strength workout. I'm drenched and it didn't even had a cardio exercise in all sets! 😅🥵 (burned 263 cals on my fitbit)
Gracias 🌹
Bendiciones 😇

¡Tus rutinas son increíbles!
This looks like the same as the other?
I did better with this workout this time around. Progress! Thank you, Heather. I appreciate these workouts so much.
Feel so great 💪🏻Thank you so much Heather ❤️
Could you make Advanced High Intensity Workout with Dumbbells no repeat ?
About to hit it! A day behind but still going strong!
This was an incredible upper body workout 🙌 thank you!
Hey Andreja, what weights did u use?
@@jiaminghuang4505 hm, usually 3 - 5 kg, depends. My kettlebells are 6-14 kgs and barbell around 10 kg ...
Hi Andreja! Is this lesson for men also? I am a man and I started this lesson but it was so difficult 😞I could only manage with 1 lb (half kg) dumbbells but my arms just gave up and I stopped at around the 17 minutes mark😟I wish I can be strong, muscular, and empowered!
Excellent workout today! Thank you Heather
Shocked by the cursing in the last workout song! I do these workouts in front of my children…. Completely inappropriate and disappointing! 😏
My left arm is total "owa!" and I had to change the weights down for some of the exercises. Curse of being too right-handed I guess. Fantastic workouts. Than you Heather.
looking for the name and artist of the "say WE'RE sorry" song in this workout video. ... LOVE all these videos
R2D11 Good workout especially after xmas weekend feasting!
yep, feeling 💪This routine had my new-found favourite workout candy: the plank row press. I very much enjoyed that! Rock on #HR12WEEK !!
Preferring shorter breaks is not something I hear often 😂 You can absolutely work through the 15 or 20 seconds off.
So today marks the 25th time I've done this workout; I do it every Saturday. At first I could not keep up with you using my 12lb "heavy weight". After a few times, I settled on lesser weights to match all your moves with proper form...and increased weight as I grew stronger. Here's my current settings:
Bicep Rotation - 15
Hammer Curls - 15
Bicep Burnout - 8
Single Arm Row - 25
Pull overs - 25
Alt Curls - 15
Neg Bicep Curls - 15
Ninja Hop + Curl - 15
Scap Squeeze - 8
Rear Fly - 10
Preacher Curl - 15
Squat + Curl - 15
Underhand Row - 20
Plank Row Press - 12 (first time at this weight - up from 10lb!!)
Fun fact, I have been doing "Super-----" (human, V-Squeeze, etc) for years and doing it wrong. I learned from watching you how to do this correctly and it makes a huge difference.
Thanks again!
25 times!? That is so awesome Rich - congrats on putting the work in and seeing those results. 💪🏻
Day 11 ✅💪🏻 Awesome Heather and team Heather!!!! 🌟💯💯🥰
OMG 😂😂😂that’s why it felt familiar- this is DAY 3 Groundhog Day 🔥🥵
Heather where can I purchase That Matt? Please let me know when you have a moment thank you I really want it! I love the marble and it looks pretty sick I’m hoping? Thank you Sylvia
I wish two upper body videos per week were replaced with one, and another HIIT/cardio or core workout is added instead. I don’t need to train my upper body that much; the abs and mid-part is what I’m more concerned about 😌 I love this workout otherwise
Great workout, my favorite trainer , thank you for sharing Heather 🙏🏋️♀️
Day 11 ☺ !
I am back after 1 week of rest due to my back.
Now I feel full of energy to move forward ♥
Hi Heather, i am folowing your workout programme since 3 months, and i am seing the progresse, thanx à lot
🤩
Great start to the week, really enjoyed this challenging workout. Now fully charged for the day ahead
This workout was hard. I completed it but there was time I wanted to stop. I had to tell myself don't give up.
Done 💪🏻! Great workout, again! Thank you. 🙏
Great start to the week - Day 11 is done and feeling good - love the plank row and press with the hammer curls my favs - Thank you always and have a great day till the next one!
2022. 2. 7. day 11,
I feel burned on my Biceps!, Thank you!
I thought you were supposed to start with the largest muscle groups? It would have preferred focus on the back and then move to biceps…
what size waits is Heather using for this workout. 10's and 15;s for the Biceps?
Wow, feeling this in my back....thank you!
Feels good - and like I am building strength in the upper body. Loved the I-T-Ys, felt like they got to places other exercises don't reach. Thank you!
I LOVE those ones too! Especially after sitting at a desk all day 🙌🏼
I'm starting to like upper body workouts more now. Thanks!
I always hated back & biceps workouts but this was fantastic! Loved it! Thank you, Heather!
Hi! What weights did you use? Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells but could not even finish circuit 1 as my arms just gave up! 😟 I wish I could be strong and muscular as all the women here!
Gracias.,
Muchas!!! 🇨🇱🙏
Por tantooo
after this workout vid, my arms don't feel anymore. 💪🏻😂
I dont think that a person need more than 1 or 2 sets of bicep work
My sleep has improved exponentially! Thank you!
Day11 done this workout today (25 Feb 2022 ,Friday
We got a huge snowstorm in Ontario, think I need to save my strength for shoveling 😪😂
Lovely workout and and so enjoy the music too - great choices.
