Alright guys, not going to lie, I was walking a little funny after this brutal HIIT workout! We are targeting the legs, glutes and thighs in this lower body strength + cardio HIIT routine. We will be super-setting strength exercises with explosive, plyometric type movements that will really get that heart rate going - a perfect combo for creating lean muscle and burning fat. The best thing about Heather is her technique just remains perfect no matter what, I am all over the place, but I really make an effort to follow her. I've looked at a few other exercise vids in the time of COVID, but none of them come close to being as good as Heather, despite the fact they may have more views

Heather! I've been doing this workout once a week for almost 2 months now. Each time, I repeat the routine once more immediately after completing it. It was beyond brutal for the first month. I had to take lots of breaks and modify moves. But after 8 weeks, I have noticed a remarkable difference in my overall leg strength!!! My stamina and running time has improved, I've increased my weights on leg day at the gym, and I now only have to take a little break in between the doubled-up workouts. Thank you so much for posting this workout! I would love another one like this - just as brutal, but with some different supersets? Pretty please ;)

I am 13 and my parents are crazy about working out. But these videos are always fun and make me feel so good after. And all I can say to this video is “ouch, what have you done to my legs.”

The way I underestimated this leg workout is humiliating! Absolutely killer, one of the only workouts I truly felt in my glutes since I'm very quad dominant. :)

I did this workout 2 days ago and my legs, butt and thighs are still screaming! I regularly do weighted lower body workouts so I thought this would be a breeze- NOT!! BRUTAL is an under statement! Thank you for the massive burn - I ❤ it!

Don't let the short time period fool you! Eight minutes into this workout I was sucking wind.🥵 And the next day my glutes were soooo sore! When she says BRUTAL, she means it. I love it though!

I m 221 lbs....I did this workout today for the first time after her warmup....nd I am really feeling great...although the last high intensity movement that is the in and out jump squat and also the hop lunges...I could do them only for 20 seconds... but still...maybe in a week or two...I would be able to complete it fully....Thank you for such a great workout!!!!
