    done. I usually workout in the morning, but wasn't feeling it today. I tried again to push myself this afternoon, and I managed to get it done. my thighs are trembling right now. I really felt in my glutes during the last circuit and man, I kid you not it felt good. see you day 3.

    45 минут, так лекго показалось, но потом ходить очень больно...все мышцы прокачались. Огонь! Люблю такую нагрузку. И главное без прыжков
