Btw, I will be sure to share these anti-inflammatory with those diagnosed with the "current public health crisis." We were already using ginger, garlic and cinnamon, but these foods are great to add the meal prep.

I cooked some red beans yesterday to go with my quinoa. Since I have some leftovers I'm making lentil soup today with lots of veggies and I'll be adding those beans to the soup and maybe a piece of salmon. Regards from Puerto Rico where Turkish soap operas have been a hit for a number of years now. So many beautiful ladies.
Recently told that i have high blood pressure by my doctor. I was given medication but i intended to change my diet and consume the things that will help me to control it so thanks for sharing much appreciated.
Greetings from Nigeria 😁. We have a drink made from sorrel leaves, ginger, and cloves. Optionally you can add some pineapple, lemon juice or lemon grass and honey to taste. It's excellent for blood pressure and very easily made at home. Thanks for the info doc 👌👍🏻

Drink a 12oz glass of water 💧 with 1fresh lemon 🍋 1/4 cup of ginger let the ginger sit in the water for 30min to an hour drain the ginger with a cheesecloth then put the lemon juice in the ginger water its a miracle
@@romaindunkley5068 I don't believe that. You have to watch beets if you have diabetes. Can raise your insulin levels. I've always read that beets are good for high blood pressure because of the nitric oxide.

Hiii doc, Ergin,, Am eating 70./. Wat u said,, am getting good results,, sustained bp,, n retained type2 into pre-diabetic,,by hba1c 11.3 to 5.4 within 11month
I am recently overweight, my mother has high blood pressure and so does my father. I have never been diagnosed with high blood pressure but I do check it and it does spike up. I’m not on any medications m afraid to start because I know you can’t come off of them. What do you recommend I do? I also struggle to sleep, love salt and soda 😓

Great video. I have also read and heard that pomegranate juice consumption may reduce systolic blood pressure as well. Something enjoyed cheaply in Europe as a whole fruit (or sprinkled over yogurt) or freshly squeezed.
I've taken your tomato/cucumber suggestion for breakfast with a bit of avocado oil and fresh basil on it and it's very filling. A bit of cheese or an egg for protein. Thanks for the suggestion.
@@SugarMDs I've been following low carb and intermittent fasting. It makes a big difference. I use spiralized zucchini in the place of pasta. I also use spaghetti squash in the place of pasta. I have metabolic syndrome. (all 3. Diabetes, blood pressure, chol. ) Eating this way keeps my blood sugar from dropping like it use to. I can go 4 to 6 hours without my blood sugar dropping too low. With intermittent fasting, I eat 3 meals within 8 hrs. Example, breakfast 8 am. Lunch 12, dinner at 4. Fast till 8 the next morning. No snacks in-between. Seem like the low carbs keep me from craving for snacks. Staying away from processed foods. To my understanding potassium levels have been changed to over 4700 milligrams a day. Trying to reach that goal. Instead of table salt I use Himalayan pink salt and Celtic sea salt. I noticed brussel sprouts and cabbage slows my thyroid, so I take kelp for iodine.

What about the grapes,beet the saying is if you have High Blood pressure you must not eat them.
